Mira Rajput Kapoor shared a glimpse of the artistic stairs of her new home on her IG stories. Her husband, Shahid Kapoor can be seen having a conversation with their interior designer.
In 2015, Shahid Kapoor had got hitched to a Delhi-based girl, Mira Rajput. They are blessed with two little munchkins, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor. When the couple was blessed with their second baby, they had decided to shift to a bigger place than the one they are currently living in. Shahid had purchased a duplex in Worli, Mumbai and Mira often shares glimpses of their new home.
In August 2019, there were reports that Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor’s Worli home was ready for them to move in. However, the couple didn’t move into their new home and later, the pandemic happened, delaying their plans. The couple is now finishing up their new home before moving in with their kids. On June 30, 2021, Shahid had shared a video on his IG handle, giving a breathtaking view from his new sea-facing home.

A few minutes back, Mira Rajput Kapoor shared a glimpse of their new abode which is under construction. On her IG stories, she shared a picture of her husband, Shahid Kapoor dressed in his casual best and instructing their interior designer, Annkur Khosla something about their house. The two can be seen standing on the artistic stairs, and sharing their picture, Mira wrote, “@annkur.khosla one step at a time.”
On July 9, 2021, Mira Rajput Kapoor had given another glimpse of their new house. She had shared the view from their new sea-facing home in Mumbai. Mira had posted a picture on her Instagram handle with the caption, "Even the sun sets in paradise." In the picture, Mira could be seen gazing at the breathtaking sea view from her new home's balcony.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor had purchased their new flat keeping their children, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor in mind. Shahid and Mira's new home will have a garden for Misha! Talking about the same, in an interview with the DNA, Shahid had remarked, "The new home that Mira and I have booked has a garden and other amenities like a gymnasium, etc. Today, our requirement is having a safe place for Misha where she can play with others. We want her to be with kids of her age because that's how she will have a regular childhood."
On March 1, 2019, Shahid Kapoor's wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor had shared the 'happy news' that they had started working on their 'Project Home' with a glimpse of the blueprint of their new house. Later, on March 5, 2019, Shahid had taken to his Instagram handle and had posted a father-son picture with Pankaj Kapur, discussing the interiors of his home with their construction helmets on. Shahid had captioned it as "Getting approvals from big daddy. #papaknowsbest #specialmoments."
On July 7, 2021, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor had completed six years of married life, and to mark their anniversary, the star wife had posted a mushy picture with her hubby. Expressing how words cannot suffice the love she has for him, Mira had captioned her mushy picture with Shahid as "I love you more than words suffice. Happy 6, my love my life."
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will next be seen in Jersey.
