Shakti Arora And Neha Saxena Tie The Knot In A Hush-Hush Wedding Ceremony In Mumbai

Despite being rokafied for the past 4 years, they kept all their fans wondering why they aren’t getting married. Tere Liye fame couple, Shakti Arora and Neha Saxena had their roka ceremony on June 6, 2014, in the Goregaon Sports Complex, Mumbai. Then there were rumours that the couple was not in a relationship but already married.

But after many twists and turns in their love tale, finally, Shakti and Neha tied the nuptial knot on April 6 in Mumbai. According to Bombay Times, the lovebirds got hitched in a hush-hush ceremony and sharing the good news with their fans, Shakti took his official Instagram account to announce his wedding. Neha Saxena confirmed their wedding and said, “Yes, Shakti and I got married.” When asked the groom, Shakti, he revealed, “We had the haldi ceremony in the morning and pheras in the evening. It was a private affair with only our immediate families in attendance. Both of us have been relatively free over the past few months and so, decided to take the plunge. When Shakti was asked about how his life has changed post-wedding, he was quoted as saying, “The feeling is yet to sink in and I don’t feel like a married man yet. Earlier clearing the baseless rumours of their breakup, Shakti told Bombay Times, “All is well with us. I have become thick-skinned, and rumours about my split, marriage and kids don’t affect me anymore. It’s part and parcel of this profession.” He further added, “I won’t let my personal life overshadow my work; that’s the reason I am averse to reality shows as well — they put your personal life on display. Talking about what kind of wedding she would want to have, in an earlier interview, Neha stated, “I want my marriage to be larger than life, I love wearing Indian dresses and I’m excited to put together my trousseau. My wedding will be lavish, extravagant and completely filmy. There will be a lot of functions. I want to celebrate and enjoy it to the hilt.
