Shanice Shrestha, the wife of famous YouTuber, MumBiker Nikhil, is expecting her second baby, and she planned to give birth in Canada for the citizenship.
India's popular YouTuber, MumBiker Nikhil's wife, Shanice Shrestha, came into the spotlight after her arrogant comment about her plans to deliver her second child in Canada for the citizenship. When a netizen pointed out, Shanice called it a privilege, wherein a person can have whatever they can afford. Since then, the internet has been criticising Shanice, who is a fashion and lifestyle vlogger, and her arrogance towards it being a content creator. For the unversed, in 2021, Shanice delivered her first child, a baby girl, privilege, wherein a person can have whatever they afford in Canada, and they have even shared their journey on their YouTube channel.
Famous YouTuber, Nikhil Sharma, popularly known as MumBiker Nikhil and his wife, Shanice Shrestha, are all set to welcome their second child. However, the influencer's recently Vlog on YouTube irked a netizens as she hinted at her plans of travelling to Canada to deliver her second child. A netizen reacted on her recent vlog, and called out her for travelling to Canada for acquiring her second child's citizenship.

However, Shanice took it as a pride, and claimed that it is not undignified to get Canadian citizenship. She highlighted that she can afford it, so she is opting for it, and it is her choice for her children. A netizen wrote, "Things people do to get their children citizenships. The undignified way of getting citizenship. Pathetic, why don't you just move abroad." To this, Shanice replied:
"There is no undignified way sweetheart. It's either you can afford it, or you can't. Go tell Canada government to stop birth tourism then. Our lives, our kid, our money, our choices."
As soon as a Redditor shared Shanice reply on the discussion platform, netizens flooded the comments section and expressed how Shanice and Nikhil's viewership has gone down. Some even called them arrogant for choosing Canadian citizenship for their babies. One user wrote, "I feel like influencers should not vlog or document their questionable choices. Birth Tourism is kinda frowned upon and that’s why they call their children, “anchor babies” which is cruel to the child."
Another one expressed that one should not judge the content creator couple's decision, and wrote, "Yes but if Birth Tourism is something a country offers, why are we judging those who use it? Let’s be real here. Indian passport is weak. Takes forever to get a visa, always need a work permit if you get a job and have to pay international tuition fees which is a lot."
One of her old follower highlighted the fact how Shanice, during her first pregnancy claimed that her doctor had advised not to travel back to India during the later stage of pregnancy and she had no choice than to deliver in Canada. The user commented, "Her reply is contradicting. I remember in one of the podcast she mentioned that doctors had advised her to not travel back to India while being in the later stages of her pregnancy. And that it is the reason she had no option but to deliver in Canada."
Nikhil Sharma is the India's most famous YouTuber, and his channel, MumBiker Nikhil is loved by millions. The power couple got married in dual wedding ceremonies as per Catholic and Hindu rituals in Goa in January 2020. In 2021, the couple travelled to Canada to give birth to their first child, and their move left many in shock.
