The wedding is the most awaited moment in every girl’s life and every girl wants to look like a fairy. But it is a rare girl who is completely happy about her body. One major concern of brides is to look slim in their wedding dress. Here are some very easy tips to look slim on your wedding, all it needs is following a schedule for 3-4 week before wedding and you will surely go for one size smaller.

Balance diet

Wedding is the time to share your joy and celebrate but it is also very stressful, just relax.  Don’t starve yourself as it will make you look dull and stick. Eat nutritious and healthy food. Consider a diet high in vegetables and fruits as much as possible, especially those that are high in fiber and avoid eating processed, junk, sweets and oily food. Milk, cornflakes, Eggs are rich sources of protein and should be preferred for breakfast. Cut down on carbohydrates especially after 7:00 pm such as rotis, rice rather eat lots of vegetable and pulses. Keep dinner as light as possible.

Drink Water

Drink tons of water everyday, it also adds glow to your skin and improves hair quality. Drink water before every meal as drinking lots of water makes you eat less. Always carry a water bottle wherever you go. Keep a water bottle besides you bed and drink one glass of water before you sleep. As your get up in morning before eating anything drink a glass of luke warm water to which 1 spoon of honey and lemon juice has been added.

Exercise

Make exercising a part of routine,go ten minutes for walk daily. Increase duration of walk over days. Two three kilometers walk everyday will keep you very active throughout the day and boosts your stamina. Practice yoga for 30 minutes daily. Yoga is best exercise to reduce weight. Yoga brings harmony to mind and body. It will develop and fill your inner world with positive thoughts and emotions and will definitely help you in getting the shape that you have always dreamt of.

Eat in small proportion in regular intervals

Do not hog on food rather eat in small proportions in regular intervals. Remember our digestive system is better at digesting smaller meals rather than one heavy meal. Eat in 3 hour interval like 8 am, 11 am so on but remember do not starve.

Remember, there is no short cut to shed those extra kilos; you have to be patient and dedicated.
