Shehnaaz Gill talked about her possessive and insecure feelings over the late actor, Sidharth Shukla, and revealed the reason behind it.
Shehnaaz Gill rose to fame with her stint in Bigg Boss 13. On the show, the actress' bond with the late actor, Sidharth Shukla won hearts, making it one of the much-loved seasons of the show. Well, Shehnaaz was heartbroken after Sidharth's sudden demise, and it took her a long time to get over the actor and cope up with the pain. Shehnaaz refrained from talking about Sidharth in the last few years. However, recently, she talked about him while calling herself 'possessive' over the late actor.
Recently, Shehnaaz Gill sat for an interview with Farah Khan on her YouTube channel, and revealed that she is a possessive girlfriend. The actress further mentioned that although she doesn't care about looks, she's a bit jealous. Well, Shehnaaz's claim is extremely relatable for all the couples out there. Talking about Sidharth, Shehnaaz stated that she was possessive about Sidharth as the latter was handsome, and thus she was insecure. Shehnaaz can be quoted as saying:
"I was possessive kyuki bhai woh handsome bhi toh tha; of course, you will be insecure and possessive ki usko koi touch na karein."
In the same conversation, Shehnaaz Gill was asked about her ideal partner. Talking about the same, the actress revealed that she believes in equality. She shared that she believes in splitting expenses, and doesn't like it when a man pays for her, as she is an Alpha woman. Shehnaaz added that she wants a man with equal status financially and professionally, and if her partner belongs to a bit higher status, she is ready to work hard on her part to reach there. The actress further mentioned that she is loyal and loves to envision her life with the same man forever. In Shehnaaz's words:
"I am very loyal. I envision my life with the same man forever."
Last year, Shehnaaz took to her IG handle, and shared a video from one of her shows. In the video, the actress was seen singing her song, Moon Rise. Well, in the middle, the actress recalled getting heartbroken and said that it's also fun. To this, one of her fans asked her not to break hearts, and the actress wittily quipped, "Bhai Mai nai todti mera tut jata hai", indicating she doesn't break hearts, but her heart gets broken.
In another interview with Instant Bollywood, Shehnaaz shared that she had never cheated in any relationships in her life, rather, she was cheated by her partners. The actress further added that it's now her funda that if people choose to leave, then they surely can.
Shehnaaz and Sidharth crossed paths in Bigg Boss 13. The duo's bond was so magical that even after all these years, people couldn't get over it. The duo never admitted being in a relationship in public, but the buzz was rife about their special bond. From supporting each other to cute posts for one another, Sidharth and Shehnaaz's fans tagged them as their favourite 'SidNaaz'. Well, the dreamy bond was broken by the nightmare of the actor's sudden demise, reportedly due to cardiac arrest.
