Bollywood actress, Shilpa Shetty Kundra dropped a cryptic picture on one of her social media handles, and it is about pressing the 'pause' button in life, and it surely needs our attention. Time and again, we have seen Shilpa conveying messages or telling the things with which she is fighting right now in her life through the excerpts from a book, clips from her dance reality show, Super Dancer 4 or a quote from the internet.
Shilpa Shetty Kundra had kept herself away from the limelight since her husband, Raj Kundra, was arrested by the Mumbai Police on July 19, 2021. The crime branch had arrested her husband for his alleged involvement in creating pornographic films and publishing them through apps.

On August 25, 2021, Shilpa Shetty Kundra took to her Instagram stories and shared a picture of an excerpt from a book that highlighted the value of not slowing down or pausing due to life's hardships. It also suggested that the most vital thing in life is to keep on living your life to the fullest because at the end of the day, no matter how hard or happy this time is, you'll never be able to purchase it back once it has passed. Shilpa put a 'Live every moment' sticker atop it. Well, it's pretty understandable and pleasing that Shilpa isn't losing out her spirit in this challenging moment, when her husband, Raj Kundra, is getting investigated for his alleged connections to a pornography racket.
This isn't the first time when Shilpa Shetty Kundra has conveyed her feelings through the excerpt of a book or a video, as since her husband, Raj Kundra's arrest, we have seen her dropping inspirational bombs on her IG handle. For instance, on August 24, 2021, Shilpa Shetty Kundra had shared an excerpt from an inspiring book that had shown a quote from the famous writer, Bertrand Russell that could be read as "What we need is not the will to believe, but the wish to find out."

The whole excerpt was focused on the role of 'faith' in our lives and had explained the real meaning behind faith and how crucial it is not to betray your faith. The excerpt from the book could be read as "Faith involves a leap of imagination. Real faith also involves a searching, a desire to find answers to life's most difficult questions. We may have faith that follows the teachings of an organised religion, or we may have faith we have acquired through our own experiences and study. In either case, we do not betray our faith when we continue to search for meaning. Rather, we deepen and strengthen it."
