Shivaleeka Oberoi left the entire nation in awe by choosing a red-hued wedding lehenga for her intimate wedding with Abhishek Pathak. Check out as we decode her wedding day look!
In a world where Indian brides are romancing pastels and unique coloured lehengas, there are brides, who are sticking to their roots. And Bollywood actress, Shivaleeka Oberoi is one of them. The gorgeousness left everyone in awe with her bridal look as she got married to the love of her life, Abhishek Pathak. Her outfit was a ray of freshness amidst the minimal-looking lehengas. However, not many know that Shivaleeka's outfit was designed by none other than Manish Malhotra.
For the wedding day, Shivaleeka picked a red-hued lehenga from Manish Malhtora's shelves. Her outfit was adorned with zardosi embroidery, and it was embellished with sequins. However, the interesting part about Shivaleeka's wedding outfit was that it had her and Abhishek's names on the head veil.

Shivaleeka opted for a huge polki neckpiece, a nath, a maang teeka and haath phool. Another highlight of her look was her kaleeras. Shivaleeka chose traditional kaleeras, but they had 'evil eye' beads in them. Evil eye is worn to keep someone away from najar, and we love how Shivaleeka incorporated it in her kaleera.
Shivaleeka kept her makeup minimal. She picked pink cheeks with nude-toned lipstick and soft smokey eyes. Defined brows and a small red bindi completed her look. On the other hand, her groom also donned an ivory sherwani from Manish Malhotra's collection. His outfit featured silver and golden hues, embellished with exquisite floral detailing.
For the mehendi ceremony, Shivaleeka picked a green printed lehenga. The outfit was a piece of art and radiated old-world charm. It featured a green raw silk lehenga, which was teamed with a choli. Her outfit had Suzanne motifs in hot pink, navy blue and white. The outfit's charm was enhanced with the magic of gota pati, dori, pearls and naqshi. The organza dupatta has aari embroidery, pearls, sitara and kiran border.
We loved Shivaleeka's shaadi and mehendi! What about you?
