For all the girls, it is an honour to be called a 'replica of our mother'. And Ambanis 'bahu', Shloka Mehta looks like a mirror-image of her mother as they pose at the opening of Jio Wonderland!
For a woman, there is no greater pleasure than nurturing a little angel that looks an exact replica of herself. A mother shares a beautiful bond with her little daughter as she is her biggest treasure. A daughter is just a little girl, who grows up to be your best friend and understands all your mood swings and unsaid words. No matter how much she hates your advice right now on certain things, there will come a day when she will be the one, quoting it word by word for her kids. And an exactly similar bond is shared between Ambani's daughter-in-law, Shloka Mehta and her 'mommy dearest', Mona Mehta. Shloka has often been snapped with her mom, Mona and in her every picture, we cannot make out whether they are mother-daughter duo or twins. No, seriously, they look like a carbon copy of each other. When we had first seen the mother-daughter duo together shopping for Shloka's wedding ensembles, we were excited to know that they share a close bond and the Ambani bahu values her mother's opinion. And it is definitely a pleasure to witness the gorgeous mother-daughter posing together!
Today, on December 26, 2019, Shloka was snapped as she attended the opening of Jio Wonderland with her mother, Mona Mehta. And oh boy, for a moment we thought she is her sister. Shloka looked gorgeous as usual in a jumpsuit while her mother opted for a Christmasy-themed shirt teamed with a pair of blue jeans. In the pictures that has been trending on the internet, we can see Shloka posing with her mother and a cute kid. Take a look at the picture and video below:
The event was also graced by Shloka Mehta's mother-in-law and the force behind the whole idea, Nita Ambani. We totally loved her all pink look that she aced for the event. Check out her picture and video below: The event was turned into a star-studded night as B-town celebrities graced it with their presence. The first one to arrive was Karan Johar with his twins, Yash and Roohi, Sameera Reddy with her family, cricketer, Rohit Sharma with his family. A few days ago, we had spotted Shloka Mehta with her hubby, Akash Ambani as they twinned in an all-black ensemble for Isha Ambani Piramal's auction event which was organised to help architect and interior designer, Rooshad Shroff to raise fund for a new girls school in Jaisalmer, India. However, being a diamond heiress, she never had any interest in her father's empire. In an interview with ETPanache, she had talked about the same and had said, "I’ve never had an interest in the business. I think the diamond industry is not very friendly to women. It’s changing but most women typically become jewellery designers or they work in human resources...those kinds of roles. I don’t think that I have the creative aesthetic sense to be a designer." Talking about Akash and Shloka's love story, they are made for each other kind of couple. On March 9, 2019, Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta had exchanged the wedding vows and it is by far the biggest wedding of this year. In an interview with The Times of India, Shloka had opened up on her relationship and had shared, "Despite years and busy schedules, we have always found ways to stay connected. Akash is incredibly grounded and we share a bond based on meaning and memories. We don’t just get along – we also support each other’s hopes and aspirations and are determined to build a sense of purpose into our lives together. We are lucky to have a love that began from being best friends, and luckier still to have such supportive families."
