Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's second pre-wedding was hosted by the Ambanis on board a luxurious cruise ship on the Mediterranean waters in the last week of May 2024. Unlike their first pre-wedding soiree, the latest one was mostly kept under wraps. However, recently, several media outlets have released some unseen glimpses of the bash. And surely, the Ambani women took our breaths away with their sartorial choices.
On June 20, 2024, Akash Ambani's wife, Shloka Mehta Ambani's look from the 'toga' party onboard the cruise ship surfaced on social media. In a video shared by the latter's sister, Diya Mehta, on her Instagram, the Ambanis' eldest daughter-in-law looked breathtakingly beautiful in a vintage Chanel fringed dress. She paired her opulent outfit with chunky diamond earrings and a bracelet. A glamorous makeup and a neatly done hairdo added stars to her look for the event. Sharing the video, Diya captioned the post as:
"Glowin’ in gold"

Shloka Mehta, who mostly stays away from the limelight, has repeatedly stunned everyone with her extravagant taste in fashion. She opted for a custom Ashish dress inspired by one of the most famous paintings, 'The Starry Night' by Vincent van Gogh, for the after-party on the first day of the cruise bash. She paired her opulent strappy dress with silver heels and minimal jewellery. Shloka's stylist and her sister, Diya, revealed the thought process behind choosing the dress to the Nod Magazine. She said:
"She changed into a custom Ashish dress inspired by one of Vincent van Gogh’s most famous works, ‘The Starry Night’. We recreated the painting in sequins on the dress. It was classic, elegant at first and then more fun and experimental for the after-party."

Akash Ambani's wife, Shloka, was a sight to behold in a custom-made Versace dress, which she wore for the masquerade ball at Chateau de la Croix des Gardes in Cannes. Her gown was set in the tones of blue and golden, featuring a long train, thigh-high slit and fish-scales-like detailing all over it. Shloka accentuated the beauty of her dress with just a few pieces of diamond jewels. Notably, her dress drew inspiration from the international supermodel, Gigi Hadid's 2018 Met Gala dress.
For the final day of the cruise pre-wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Portofino, Shloka Mehta proved her fashion sense in not one but three floral outfits. First, Akash Ambani's wife wore a custom-made Yara Shoemaker's crop top and skirt adorned with three-dimensional lavender flowers, which she paired with dainty diamond jewellery. Next, she wore Carolina Herera's flowy dress featuring colourful floral prints. Finally, Shloka ended the soiree in a pink-hued floral Giambattista Valli dress.
