Shoaib Ibrahim And Dipika Kakar On Dealing With Trolls, Say 'Only React When People Cross Limit'

During the launch of their latest track from their production house, the couple, Shoaib Ibrahim and his wife, Dipika Kakar, opened up about how they address the issue of getting trolled.

Trolling has become part and parcel of every celeb's social life today. The same had also happened with one of the much-in-love B-town couple, Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar. For the unversed, the duo had met on the sets of their television show, Sasural Simar Ka, and love had started brewing between them after a series of meetings. After dating for three years, the duo had done nikah on February 22, 2018.

Television actress Dipika Kakar and her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, had faced trolling quite a few times. It was when Shoaib's unwell father returned from the hospital, and the couple gave their bedroom for his comfort, Shoaib was again trolled. So to address the issue, the duo had hosted a YouTube live on August 19, 2021. An angry Dipika stated, "Sharam Karo tum log (Have some shame)." On the other hand, Shoaib, who looked calmer, revealed that they have been receiving hate messages on being unfair to Dipika and stating that they have stolen her privacy.

A while back, the much-in-love couple, Shoaib Ibrahim and his wife, Dipika Kakar, had launched their production house, Kalb Entertainment. In an interview with the ETimes, the couple talked about how they reacted to the trolls, which they have been facing for quite some time now. Dipika mentioned that her mantra of handling trolls is to avoid negativity and look at those who love them. She said:

"We don't react to trolls often. We only do it when people cross their limit or when things go beyond our control. Jab Paani sar se upar Chala jaata hai Tabhi hum log ek jawab Dena zaruri samjhte hain… we always believed in one thing after you become a public figure, you have to be ready for love and hate both. You can't change someone's thought process or mentality. The good thing is the amount of people spreading hate are less in number and people showering love are in abundance."

On the other side, Dipika's husband, Shoaib, said that he takes all the negativity and sets them as challenges, which helps him do well. He also talked about how one needs to be focused amidst all the trolling and negativity. Shoaib added:

"You can't avoid negativity, you will find it everywhere wherever you go in life. But it depends on you where you want to focus. I also feel that there should be negativity as it challenges you to do well in life."

Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar are pretty active on social media and love updating their fans about every detail of their lives. On March 14, 2021, Shoaib had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared a beautiful picture with Dipika. The romantic picture showed their love for each other as Shoaib had gifted her a rose. Along with the picture, Shoaib had revealed why the day was special for him and had written:

"Aaj inse pehli mulaqaat hui thi, Phir aamne saamne baat hui thi. This was the day when @ms.dipika and I met for the very first time for the audition for #SasuralSimarKa in 2011."

On February 22, 2021, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim had completed three years of their married life and had wished each other. Dipika had shared a picture with Shoaib, where she was wearing a dupatta gifted to her by her nanad, Saba Ibrahim, with Shoaib Ki Dulhan written on it. Her wish could be read as:
