Shoaib Ibrahim Reveals That He Tolerates Dipika Kakar's Anger And Here's How She Reacted

Simar and Prem of Sasural Simar Ka, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim were applauded a lot for their on-screen chemistry on the show. Little did they know that their love on the television will soon find its way in their real-life as well. While working together on the popular soap opera, Dipika and Shoaib fell for each other and decided on forever. After dating each other for a while, the two decided to have a nikaah ceremony and got tied in the nuptial knot on February 27, 2018.

Shoaib and Dipika had a light-hearted conversation with the Indian Express where they talked at length about their relationship. When they were asked as to what they love, hate and tolerate about each other, Dipika replied, “I love about him is the way he carries his relationships be it with his family, with his friends, you know. Adding further, she said, “What I hate about him is not something that I would like to discuss about openly. And what I tolerate about him is his phone. Kabhi mujhe mauka mile na to main ise dustbin mein daal ke aa jaungi. I tolerate this about him definitely”.

On the same question, Shoaib was quoted as saying, “Love, puri. Hate kya bolu, ye jab b mujhe irritate karti hai na tab. Kbahi kabhi mera man hota hai Dipika nahi yar. Tolerate ka iska aisa kuch bhi nai hai. Ye kabhi koi aisi cheez nai karti hai. Lekin haan kabhi kabhi iska gussa. Thora sa”. Dipika interrupted and said, “Ab to nai hoga. In the same chat, Shoaib was further asked Dipika as a friend, girlfriend or a wife. Dipika said, “In me se select karna hai. Idhar diplomac nai chalegi”. The doting hubby then said, “Wife”. Further on being asked to describe their love story in one sentence, Dipika remarked, “Your belief in each other can conquer the world”. And what has changed post-marriage for them? Dipika shared, “kuch zyada nai hai, but the feeling that you know that belonging. I don’t know what it is. There is some sense which is very beautiful. That yes, now, we are officially together and that I carry his name with a lot of pride. So, definitely there is something which has changed, which is very beautiful and I actually can’t put it in words”.

In an interview sometime back with SpotboyE, the Qayamat Ki Raat actress opened up about their family planning. When she was asked if she was fine putting her career on hold when she would be planning, she instantly retorted, “Why not?” The Sasural Simar Ka actress further continued and shared, “I am a complete home person. If Shoaib tells me someday that, ‘Beta aap aaram karo main hoon.’ I will say, ‘Ya, Ya please mujhe kaam nahi karna.’ I am more than happy being home.”

To marry the love of her life, Shoaib, Dipika converted into Islam. She herself confirmed it to The Times of India and stated, “Joh sach hai woh hai (Truth is the truth). It's true I have done it, but why and when I have done it, don't think it needs to be talked about. I think it is a very personal matter and I don't think I need to talk about it openly in front of the media. For the audience and media, we are actors have always shared everything. All our happy moments we have shared with you all, but this I think is a very personal space and I don't give anyone the permission to enter the space. Definitely, it is true and I am not denying it. I am very happy and proud that I have done it for myself and my happiness. My family was with me in this decision and my intentions were to hurt anyone.
