Shoaib Ibrahim opens up about his major realisation, when he got thrown out of auditioning for the popular show, 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'.
Shoaib Ibrahim is one of the most-loved and handsome actors of Indian television. The heartthrob has swayed his way across the hearts of millions of fans out there, courtesy of his romantic portrayals, good looks and terrific acting prowess. Apart from his appearances in daily soaps and reality shows, Shoaib also wins hearts with his vlogs on his YouTube channel. In his personal life, the actor is married to Dipika Kakar and the duo is parents to their son, Ruhaan.
In a recent conversation with influencer, Mr. Faisu, Shoaib Ibrahim recalled one of the most heartbreaking yet learning moments of his life. The actor reminisced his days back in 2008, when he went for an audition of the popular daily soap, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, when he was thrown away from the very audition room itself. The actor remarked that while his mother always dreamed to see him on the screen, his father, on the other hand, wished that his son would complete his engineering course. Adding how that one rejection shook him too much, to the extent that he even wanted to go back and complete engineering, Shoaib said:
“Pehla audition maine diya Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai ke liye. Us wakt mujhe us audition room se bahar nikaal diya gaya, toh us wakt mujhe bahut hurt hua tha aur wo maine bahut dil pe liya. Fir main papa ko bolta tha ke main engineering karunga, engineering kar ke Mumbai jaunga, waha job bhi karunga aur struggle bhi.”

In one of his earlier videos on YouTube, Shoaib Ibrahim reminisced the magical moment of his life, when his baby boy, Ruhaan called him by abba for the first-ever time. The doting father called it a surreal experience and mentioned:
“Kasam se ye ek aesi feeling thi jo main nhi bayan kar sakta. I think aesa feel mujhe life mein kabhi huya hoga jab Ruhaan ne mujhe Abba bola."
Shoaib Ibrahim is one of the coolest new dads in Tinseltown and there are no two ways about it. One look at his social media feed and people are convinced that the actor has been nailing all his fatherhood duties like a pro. In one of his older conversations with ETimes, Shoaib talked about the same and expressed:
“Ruhaan is the apple of our eye. Of course, I miss him. I wake up early to spend time with him. Jab jyada miss karta hoon toh Dipika phone pare samajh jati hai and brings ruhaan to the set."

Ever since Shoaib and Dipika embraced parenthood for the first time, their fans have been waiting with bated breath to witness the couple complete their family with the arrival of their second baby. Rumours about the same constantly keep arising, and the duo subtly dismiss it all. Previously, addressing the constant buzz on it in one of his previous vlogs, Shoaib Ibrahim clarified that if destiny holds it for them to have a second child, they will be more than happy for the addition to their family.
