Shobhaa De is among the most prolific authors in the country and has earned a name for herself with her words. Her books are mostly based on socialites, the Bollywood industry, and similar topics. Consequently, she is often compared with the world-class author, Jackie Collins. Shobhaa De's family is well-known in the industry because of her strong presence in Mumbai's social circles. Recently, her elder son, Aditya Kilachand, tied the knot with his girlfriend, Natasha Advani, in a dreamy ceremony that became a subject of interest in the city.

The wedding was conducted as per Hindu traditions and attended by the family's close friends and family. One of the guests, Anaita Shroff Adajania, shared the picture of the bride and groom where Natasha's bridal look by renowned brand, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla stole the show.
She wore a golden lehenga with heavy embroidery and intricate patterns. Natasha paired it with a matching dupatta traditionally draped over her head. She kept her makeup flawless and completed her look with red and golden bangles, many tikka, and a golden necklace. On the other hand, Aditya wore a white sherwani with intricate embroidery and a matching ivory-hued stole. He paired it with a golden safa that gave him a royal look. Meanwhile, Shobhaa De wore a vibrant red-hued pure silk kataan prussian roulette saree from Roliana with unique motifs and meenakari work.
Aditya Kilachand is the son of Shobhaa De and her former husband, Sudhir Kilachand. He comes from a well-established family, is an entrepreneur, and is also the founder and CEO of Avas Wellness, a luxury wellness villa project in Alibaug. He collaborated on the project with Hrithik Roshan's ex-wife, Sussanne Khan.
Aditya was born in the 1970s and completed his education in the US before entering business in India. One of his most popular ventures was Almari.com, and he has also invested in a nightclub and restaurant in Mumbai. Earlier, he was linked to singer, Kanika Kapoor, but their relationship was never confirmed. Later, the singer tied the knot with Gautam Hathiramani in 2022.
Shobhaa De is one of the most influential writers in India. She began her career as a model before she made her way into Journalism, becoming the editor of Stardust magazine in the 1990s. She gained a name for giving unfiltered opinions on Bollywood, society, and relationships. Shobaa's most popular books include Socialite Evenings, Starry Nights, Second Thoughts, and Small Betrayals. The author is now married to Dilip De and is the mother of six children, including two stepchildren.
