Television actress, Shraddha Arya is busy taking care of her twins. She is known for her amazing performances on television but has taken a sabbatical to raise her little wonder of joy. Recently, Shraddha announced her babies' names in a Ghibli-style portrait. Now, the actress talked for the first time about postpartum issues that every woman goes through.
A mother goes through excruciating pain in her body during the time of birth to deal with postpartum problems like weight issues, mood swings, depression and whatnot. Recently, Shraddha took to her Instagram stories, and expressed how she has also been dealing with postpartum hair loss problem. Sharing a photo of, strands of hair in her hand. Shraddha wrote:
"It's Real #PostpartumHairfall."
Shraddha and her husband, Rahul Nagal got blessed with a boy and a girl. And on April 1, 2025, Shraddha announced the names of her twin babies. She shared photos of her kids in a Ghibli-style portrait, which has taken over the social media world. She made sure to keep their privacy and was also able to turn the photos super cute. Shraddha named her son, 'Shaurya' and her daughter, 'Siya'.
For those who don't know, Shraddha and Rahul tied the knot in November 2021. The actress kept the identity of her husband hidden from the world till their wedding. After which, they were often spotted together in parties and functions, but Rahul prefers to stay away from the media glares. In September 2024, Rahul and Shraddha announced their pregnancy, and on November 19, 2024, they welcomed their twin babies.
Talking about Shraddha and Rahul's love story, in an interview with The Times Of India, the actress shared that she had no intention of marrying Rahul, who is a navy officer. She recollected her first meeting with him and revealed that they had been dating for a year, but they had not thought of marriage. They met through common friends and hit it off well. It was in November 2021 that the couple decided to get married. Shraddha said:
"At that time, he was based in Mumbai but we used to meet each other occasionally because we both had hectic schedules. But we realized that this was more than friendship when he was later posted in another city. The long-distance made us realize What we felt for each other. That's when we decided to take our relationship to the next level."
