Shreya Ghoshal celebrated Rakshabandhan with her brother, Soumyadeep Ghoshal, and she looked super gorgeous donning a golden silk saree.
Shreya Ghoshal shares a beautiful relationship with her brother, Soumyadeep Ghoshal. And like every other sibling duo, who immensely love each other, Shreya and Soumyadeep are no different. The entire nation is observing Rakhi on August 30-31 of this year. Raksha Bandhan is a festival that is celebrated across India and it marks the infinite love between a brother and sister. During this festival, a sister ties the raksha kalawa or rakhi on the wrist of her brother and prays for his good health. In return, the brother promises to protect her.
On August 30, 2023, Shreya took to her Instagram handle and posted a picture with her brother, Soumyadeep. In the photo, we can see Shreya donning a golden-toned silk saree. Subtle makeup and hair tied at the back, Shreya's look was completed. On the other hand, her brother donned a green-toned kurta. Shreya was seen giving a peck on his head. Alongside it, she penned a heartfelt note, which can be read as:
"Happy Rakshabandhan to all the brothers and sisters in the world. My bro @soumghoshal, the reason why my heart smiles ever since I saw you as a new born and then slowly realised that you will be the strongest pillar of strength in my life.. Standing by my side, through all ups and downs, not ever letting me shed a single tear. Coz no one cracks me up more than you do. Hope we keep laughing at each other for no reason for ever and ever. Love you so much Ribhu."

On January 20, 2023, Shreya also posted pictures from her brother's spectacular Bengali wedding festivities. The first picture was of Shreya's brother, Soumyadeep's Bengali wedding festivity. The bride looked pretty in a red-hued ensemble. She radiated her glow as she was decked up as a proper Bengali bride.
Alongside it, Shreya penned a heartmelting note for her little brother. She expressed that she could not believe he had gotten married. Shreya also expressed her happiness on witnessing her brother's 'two-state' wedding. She also blessed her brother with a lot of happiness. An excerpt from her note could be read as:
"Still can’t believe it. My little brother got hitched! When two of the purest, most beautiful souls unite, the whole universe aligns every moment to feel just perfect. There was only love and joy in the air. It was a perfect union of the two cultures, a spectacular 2 state wedding. We had happy tears and grins on our faces to see our most dearest tying the knot. Bhai tumi khushi theko."
