Bollywood singer, Shreya Ghoshal is getting ready to embrace her motherhood journey and to celebrate her new beginnings, her family and friends hosted a surprise online baby shower bash for her. While the journey of being a mother is a process full of magical moments, the nine-month tenure is a rollercoaster ride with a volcano of emotions. And Shreya Ghoshal is handling all the hiccups of the pregnancy journey with grace.

On March 4, 2021, Shreya Ghoshal had confirmed the news of her pregnancy on her Instagram handle. She had shared a picture of her baby bump and had written that baby #ShreyaAditya is on its way! Her pregnancy announcement could be read as "@shiladitya and me are thrilled to share this news with you all. Need all your love and blessings as we prepare ourselves for this new chapter in our lives."
We all will agree that when a baby is on the way, it is not just the soon-to-be parents, who get ecstatic, but everyone around them wants to celebrate the nine months. Hence, a baby shower is a perfect way to let your hair loose and enjoy the calm before the chaos (pun intended) arrives. On April 11, 2021, Shreya took to her Instagram handle and revealed how her friends hosted a surprise online baby shower bash for her.
Alongside the adorable pictures from her baby shower, Shreya shared how her friends decided to pamper her with exclusive dishes. Her caption can be read as "When friends decide to pamper you even from a distance. Online surprise baby shower from my cutest ‘Baawris'. Everyone cooked something, or made something hand made, sent in a platter, plenty fun and games. How lucky am I! Wish the times were different and no lockdown/curfew were here. Missing meeting my girls."

In an interview with ETimes, Shreya had talked about her pregnancy journey. She had said, "I am absolutely over the moon! We are grateful to the almighty for blessing us. I have always heard from friends and family members what a miraculous thing it is to feel a life growing within you, and now I am getting to experience it. Motherhood is among the most precious gifts a woman can cherish."
Shreya had also revealed how her husband, Shiladitya has been taking care of her pregnancy needs. The singer had said that Shiladitya has been taking care of my health, mood swings and cravings. She had also stated that they wanted to plan this for a long time, but it's only now that they had finally gotten a break from their crazy work schedules to give it the right amount of focus and love. Shreya had also added that they are nervous and excited at the same time.
