Shrima Rai got married to Aishwarya Rai's brother, Aditya Rai back in 2004, and they are parents to their two sons. Since the last few days, Shrima Rai has been making it to the headlines for her speculated rift with nanad, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Amid this, her post about her mother-in-law and Aishwarya's mom, Brinda Rai went viral. Netizens, in the comment section of the post, questioned Shrima about why she doesn't post many photos with Aishwarya and Brinda Rai. Well, Shrima recently revealed why she refrained from posting her MIL, Brinda's photos.
Taking to her IG handle, Shrima Rai shared a photo with her mother-in-law, Brinda Rai. Sharing the photo, Shrima gave a shoutout to her mother-in-law for all the support she has gotten from her. Shrima also revealed that Brinda would babysit her kids when she went to her gateway. Meanwhile, the beauty content creator further remarked that she has refrained from posting about Brinda Rai as she was going through her cancer battle. She added that as her saas was not at her best, she wanted to keep up with her MIL's privacy.
Shrima Rai made it to the headlines soon after she gave a sneak peek into the gifts she received from Aishwarya Rai's nanad, Shweta Bachchan. Well, it left the netizens wondering if Shweta Bachchan and Shrima Rai have ended up making a bond over their speculated rift with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Amid this, Shrima's comment on Aishwarya also made it to the headlines, which brought her a whole lot of flak. Shrima Rai didn't sit answerless, and on November 28, 2024, she took to her IG handle to issue a statement. She shared that the bouquets she got were for her birthday gift. Speculations were also going on that Shrima and Aishwarya had a turbulent relationship as she used the actress' name for business.
Well, Shrima shut down the trolls and speculations and shared that before becoming a blogger, she was a banker in Wealth Management, a Gladrags Mrs. India Globe 2009. And it was in 2017 that she decided to turn to blogging and never tried to take anyone's name for the sake of business. She said that she's a mom, and thus it was important to clear out all these facts.
In one of Shrima's posts, Aishwarya's fan asked her why she didn't post any photos with the actress. To this, Shrima gave an explosive answer and asked the fan to go to the actress' profile to look for her photos. She also pointed out the fact that her nanad too doesn't post any photos with them as well.
