Shweta Bachchan once expressed her opinion that her brother, Abhishek, is a 'better actor' than his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and netizens are expressing their unfiltered opinion.

While many are sure they are heading for divorce, some think that Aishwarya's sour relationship with her mother-in-law, Jaya Bachchan and nanad, Shweta Bachchan, is the cause of concern. But no one knows the truth, and the Bachchan family are trying their best to keep their family feud away from the media glares. Amidst it, we stumbled upon an old video of Shweta, who called her brother, Abhishek, a better actor than his wife, Aishwarya.
Recently, a Redditor dug out an old video of Shweta Bachchan when she appeared on the show, Koffee With Karan, along with her brother, Abhishek Bachchan, in 2018. The star-sister was her candid best during the entire show. In the viral clip, Karan asked Shweta, 'Better actor — Abhishek or Aishwarya?' Shweta called her brother's name without batting an eye, and Abhishek looked shocked.

As soon as the video went viral, netizens flooded the comments section. One user wrote, "ShwetDi being herself and Karan doing the Kalesh." Another commented, "She's his sister so she will obviously be biased towards him. Aishwarya is a better actor and undoubtedly the superstar among them." Another user commented, "No matter how weird she is towards ash even if there was no "bad blood" she would take her brothers name obviously."

During the same episode, Shweta had revealed that she hates Aishwarya's one habit that she is literally just tolerating. She stated that Aishwarya takes forever to return calls and messages. Talking about one thing Shweta loved about Aishwarya, the former called the former Miss World, 'a self-made, strong woman and a fantastic mother'.
For quite some time, rumours of Aishwarya not having a cordial relationship with her in-laws have been making rounds on the internet. Things escalated when a report by Times Now claimed that Aishwarya had left her marital home. Notably, she stays in a distinct and entirely separate section and maintains a clear distance from her in-laws. The report further stated that Aishwarya has not talked with Jaya Bachchan for the past few years. Things took a little ugly turn when Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan chose to skip Aishwarya's daughter, Aaradhya's performance at her school play.
