Shweta Tiwari in a recent interview shared that she learnt how to smoke from her daughter, Palak Tiwari's friend.
Shweta Tiwari, a familiar face in the telly world, has won the hearts of many with her role as 'Prerna' in the TV show, Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Her journey in the entertainment industry is a testament to her talent and hard work. As a single mother, she has raised two kids, Palak and Reyansh. Palak, following in her mother's footsteps, has already made her presence felt on-screen with the song, Bijlee Bijlee, and her acting debut with Salman Khan's Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
Shweta Tiwari recently sat for an interview with Gallata India, where she shared a funny anecdote that was a clear testament to her coolness. Shweta shared that she had never smoked in her life but needed to learn that for a role. So her daughter, Palak, called a friend who smokes and said, 'Aja meri maa ko smoking Sokhna hai.'

Palak's friend was initially jittery about the whole process, but she later came on board. After coming to their house, he asked Shweta to come down so they could smoke, but the actress asked him to teach her in the house itself as there would be many people downstairs. Then, the friend taught Shweta how to smoke, but the smell of it reached the latter's mother, who confronted the actress.
Shweta Tiwari explained to her mother that she was learning how to smoke, leaving the latter shocked. However, the incident did not further escalate.
Shweta also recalled an incident when Palak was shooting for Sanjay Dutt's The Virgin Tree and revealed that her daughter always requests her directors and casting directors to let her show the shots to her mother. Elaborating on it, Shweta said:
"She always requests her directors and casting directors to let her show me her shots so that I can point out her shortcomings. In fact, she was recently shooting for a film called The Virgin Tree. She shot a scene, and everyone clapped for her. But she told the director, 'Please sir, ek baar record karke mummy ko bhej doon main?'"

However, Palak takes them positively and even pokes fun at these rumours, adding a touch of humour to the situation. Shweta further added:
"Palak is strong right now, but tomorrow, some comment or article might just hit her confidence. She is still a kid. At times, things are so brutal, like she has an affair with every second boy!
