Smriti Khanna welcomed her second daughter a few days back hosted a 'Shudhi Hawan' for the little one wherein the newbie mom almost revealed her cutesy chubby face.
Smriti Khanna and Gautam Gupta, a cherished TV celebrity couple, met on the set of Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi where their love story began and their love story began. In 2017, they sealed their love in a grand wedding ceremony. Their happiness knew no bounds when, in 2020, they welcomed their first baby girl, Anayka Gupta. Now, their family of three has grown into four with the arrival of their second daughter, a testament to their enduring love and joy.
Smriti Khanna is one of the most active actresses on social media, and she keeps updating her fans about her life. On the personal front, the actress welcomed a baby girl on September 5, 2024. To welcome her newborn, Smriti Khana and her family hosted an intimate Shudhi Hawan, therein, she almost revealed the face of their second daughter.
In the picture, the baby girl is dressed in a white blanket with star prints on it. Her tiny head is covered with a pink bennie. Smriti, on the other hand, opted for a sage green salwar suit with a golden sheer dupatta. Her elder daughter, Anayka, on the other hand, looked cute, like a button dressed in a white and blue strappy dress. Gautam Gupta donned a blue-kurta and white pyjama for the puja.
Taking it to her IG account, Smriti announced the arrival of her second daughter. Smriti also shared that Anayka always wanted a baby sister, and her wish finally came true. She even added that their second daughter has completed their family, and they can't wait to experience life with the little one. In the photo, Anayka was dressed in an aqua-hued dress while the newborn was wrapped in an off-white-toned cloth and a creme-hued binnie. Sharing the picture, Smriti said:
"Anayka’s wish for a little sister, her Gudiya, has come true, and our family is now complete. 05.09.2024."
On April 17, 2024, Smriti Khanna took to her Instagram handle and posted a couple of pictures. In a post that was sure to pique the interest of her fans, Smriti revealed that she is soon going to welcome her second child. The pictures captured the second-time mommy-to-be in a radiant glow, dressed in a fitted baby pink dress with sequinned work on the bodice and a thigh-high slit. Her daughter, Anayka, was seen hugging the baby bump, while Smriti's husband, Gautam, gave her a side hug from behind.
