And television actress, Smriti Khanna is one of those lucky mommies, who got blessed with a baby girl. Smriti Khanna and Gautam Gupta had embraced the journey of parenthood in April with the arrival of their little angel. Since then, the actress keeps on sharing cutesy pictures of her little miss fashionista on her Instagram. In fact, she has even created an Instagram account for her daughter and their furbaby. The doting mommy, Smriti makes sure to keep her fans updated on how her baby girl is growing up into a lovely angel.
On July 3, 2020, Smriti took to her Instagram handle and shared yet another gimmick of her baby girl. She posted a video on her Instagram handle, donning a bear print onesie with a white hairband and adorable bear booties. We loved the little munchkins cute expressions. On the occasion of Father's Day, Smriti had shared adorable pictures of her husband with their baby girl. In the picture, we could see Gautam holding their baby girl in his arm while Anayka had donned a white sweatshirt with 'Daddy my whole world' written on it. Along with it, Smriti had penned a cute note for the new father and it could be read as "@mistergautam it’s been so amazing to see you change and develop into the incredible daddy you are to our girl. After Anayka's birth, Smriti had talked about postpartum depression in an interview with The Times of India. She had shared, "I have realised that even if you speak good on social media and educate people about pregnancy and mother, haters will still troll you. I felt that people did not discuss much about pregnancy, weight issues, breastfeeding and I feel these topics should come out openly in our society because there are so many myths and women struggle all their life to lose weight. There are so many times that this becomes a matter of depression for them. They stop stepping out because they are not looking a certain way or not fitting into their dress. Some women are scared to get pregnant. There is postpartum depression and it is a big thing and it is not spoken in India."
