The actress had shared a happy picture from the hospital room and had announced the birth of her little princess. On April 22, 2020, the actress took to her Instagram handle and shared an Instagram story, wherein she was flaunting her fit-self. On April 19, 2020, Smriti had shared with her Instagram family an adorable mirror-selfie with her munchkin from the hospital room and it was captioned as "Time to go home! Please ignore the swollen face and puffy eyes #newmom #welcomeprincess". In the picture, we could see Smriti looking gorgeous as ever in a grey dress while holding her baby in her arms. In an exclusive interview with BollywoodShaadis.com, Smriti had shared her husband, Gautam's first reaction after finding out about her pregnancy. She had revealed, "It was a planned pregnancy but obviously for every parent, it is overwhelming once you get the big news.
