Not all relationships or marriages are meant to be forever. It’s a harsh truth that everyone has to deal with at some point in their lives. Such is also the case with Veera fame actress, Sneha Wagh. Unfortunately, the 30-year-old actress has had 2 failed marriages until now. (Also Read: Newly-Weds Neha Dhupia And Angad Bedi Take Blessings At The Golden Temple, Pics Inside!)
Speaking to the Times of India about how she fought the pain of her first failed marriage, Sneha Wagh opened up and said, “There have been instances where Sai Baba's blessings helped me to sail through some really difficult situations in life. A decade ago, when I was facing a lot of difficulties in my first marriage and was in immense pain, nothing was going right for me”.
Revealing further, she added, “I decided to visit Shirdi to find solace. Passing through one of the toughest phases of my life, I was desperately praying to the Almighty to help me. With Sai's grace and blessings, I managed to get out of a troubled marriage”.
Sneha Wagh is currently playing the role of Tulsa in the TV serial, Mere Sai. Drawing parallels between her character and how she herself is in real life, she said to the TOI, “She (Tulsa) is a staunch devotee of Sai Baba. She is a mysterious character who comes to Shirdi and is mentally disturbed. Sai Baba helps her by bringing a positive change in her life”. Not much is known about Sneha Wagh’s first marriage but her second marriage was with an interior designer, Anurag Solanki. Their marriage lasted only 8 months and they filed for a divorce soon. Recently, Sneha had opened up about her second failed marriage and had said, “I wouldn't say that he was a wrong guy, but yes, he was not the right one for me. After two failed marriages, I have realised that men don't like headstrong women. I have a soft nature and am also fragile. Even a minor glitch can scare me. Now, I strongly feel that marriage is not meant for me. It is in fact overhyped. In our society, we have this perception that only men can take care of the family, but that is not true. I am confident and capable of taking care of my family”.
She had further added, “My sister and my parents are my pillars of strength. I would not have survived this phase without them. Right now, career is my focus. I won't say that love is bitter, but I am definitely not inclined towards it now. I can't comment on whether it'll happen in the future or not”.
In an interview with SpotboyE, opening up about her first marriage, Mere Sai actress had revealed, “Yes I did, and I didn't know how to deal with it. I was very young at that time. I was just 19. It was a proper domestic violence case. Frankly, I was never sure whether I should marry again. After 7 years, I somehow made up my mind that I should try settling into matrimony again. It was my sheer bad luck that I chose a wrong man again”. (You May Like: 'Kasautii Zindagi Kay' Fame Cezanne Khan Confessed Dating Shweta Tiwari In A Throwback Interview)
Adding further about the domestic violence and if she retaliated to it, Sneha responded, “I did, but I was quite timid. I didn't have enough power to rule over my head and heart. I didn't know what to do. I didn't know how to face the onslaught and get away from it. I was in pain for a very long time. I needed someone to get me out of it. My parents and one of my close friends came together to help me overcome the trauma. I feel very strongly for women who are victims of wife-beating and cannot come out of this. My weak point has been that I have never been vocal about this which I think I should have been, but anyway today I am finally talking”.
Well, it’s unfortunate that Sneha Wagh had to go through two failed marriages and domestic violence. But we are really happy that she is doing very well professionally in her serial, Mere Sai.
