Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal tied the knot after dating for seven years. The duo got married in a civil ceremony amidst the presence of their family and friends on June 23, 2024. After the wedding ceremony, the newlyweds hosted a lavish reception bash in the popular SoBo spot Bastian. They partied all night with their industry colleagues and close ones.
Days after their wedding, Sonakshi and Zaheer jetted off to an undisclosed location for their honeymoon. On July 2, 2024, the actress took to her Instagram account to share some sneak peeks from their honeymoon. In one of the videos uploaded on her stories, the newlywed couple was seen enjoying a sunset beside a rooftop pool as only their feet were visible. Meanwhile, in another romantic picture, Sonakshi and Zaheer were seen enjoying a drink. These pictures came after the actress’ brother revealed that he did not attend her wedding.

In the next picture, the lovebirds were pictured inside the pool where Zaheer held his wife while she sat on the boundary. However, what caught our attention was a video featuring a fun moment between the couple. In the clip, Sonakshi was seen uncontrollably laughing while she was having her food. Sharing the video on his Instagram stories, Zaheer penned:
“She wanted to shout at me, but I made her laugh instead #husbandhacks #iykyk”
On June 30, 2024, the newlywed couple ventured out of their home for an outing. Sonakshi took to her Instagram stories to share a clip featuring her husband, Zaheer. In the video, the latter was seen carrying his wife’s sandals in his hand. Sharing the video on her IG stories, Sonakshi penned a cutesy note, which can be read as:
“When you marry the greenest flag ever.”

Sonakshi also shared her favourite picture from their wedding photoshoot, which happened before their reception party. Sharing the picture on IG stories, Sonakshi penned:
