Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal's cutesy audio wedding invite got leaked on social media, in which the couple confirmed their upcoming nuptials.
Sonakshi Sinha and her longtime beau, Zaheer Iqbal, are all set to tie the knot on June 23, 2024. While the couple kept mum on their wedding rumours, new updates about their alleged wedding surfaced online every day. Moreover, even Sonokashi's family members denied the reports about her nuptials. However, now, we have stumbled upon Sonakshi and Zaheer's leaked wedding invite, which is all things cute.
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal's wedding invite has gone viral on Reddit, and it features an audio QR code which has a sweet message from the couple. Going by the leaked invite, the party will take place at Bastian in Mumbai, and the guests are requested to wear formal and festive attire. We can also see “the rumours were true” written on the card. The couple also asked the guests not to wear red, hinting that the bride-to-be will steal our hearts in a red lehenga. The voice note begins with Sonakshi saying:
“To all our hip, tech-savvy and jasoos friends and family who has managed to land on this page, hi.”

Further in the voice note, Zaheer and Sonakshi shared the tidbits of their wedding celebration, with the former confirming that they have been together for the last seven years. They expressed their excitement as they embarked on this new journey in their life and requested the guests to join them at the celebrations. The couple's cute message can be read as:
“For the last seven years that we have been together, all the joy, love, laughter and many, many adventures has led us to this very moment. The moment where go from being each other’s rumoured girlfriend and boyfriend to being each other’s definite and official husband and wife. Finally! This celebration will not be complete without you so drop whatever you’re doing on the 23rd of June and come party with us. See you there.”
Soon after the invite got leaked, netizens expressed their excitement for Zaheer and Sonakshi’s upcoming nuptials. Reacting to the post, a user wrote, “This is so cute!! Congratulations to them!!” Another one penned, “Sonakshi is so beautiful, I can’t wait to see her outfits.” Meanwhile, a third netizen commented, "They have been together for 7 years???!!!! They sound happy and content."

In a candid interaction with Zoom, Sonakshi Sinha’s friend, who wished to be anonymous, talked about the actress' upcoming wedding and shared that he/she had received an invitation for the same. The friend also added that Sonakshi and Zaheer already had a registered marriage or will do so on June 23, but there won't be an elaborate wedding. The source was quoted as saying:
“I have received an invitation to celebrate with the couple on the evening of June 23. But there’s no mention of an actual wedding. From what I know, they have already gone through a registered marriage, or may do so on the morning of June 23. But there’s not going to be any elaborative wedding as such, just a party.”

Meanwhile, Sonakshi Sinha’s father, Shatrughan Sinha, gave a shocking response when he was asked to address the ongoing rumours of his daughter's wedding. Speaking with Times Now, Shatrughan said that he knows as much as the media knows because Sonakshi hasn’t spoken to him about her wedding plans yet. The doting father also mentioned that these days, kids have stopped seeking consent from their families before making important decisions in their lives. However, Shatrughan added that he has complete faith in his daughter that she wouldn't do anything illegal.
