The newbie bride, Sonakshi Sinha, kept her promise, which she had earlier mentioned, and danced her heart out during her wedding reception bash.
Sonakshi Sinha tied the knot with Zaheer Iqbal at her home in an intimate civil ceremony on June 23, 2024. For the wedding, she opted for a white-hued ensemble with pristine jewellery that belonged to her mommy, Poonam Sinha, and served pure sustainable goals. Following this, Sonakshi and Zaheer hosted a star-studded party and glimpses from the same are simply making rounds on the internet.
For the grand wedding reception bash held in Mumbai, Sonakshi Sinha was initially seen in a red-hued silk saree. But later, mid-way into the party, she changed into a heavy anarkali set for the second look on her special day. Sonakshi looked heavenly in the same. Her red-hued anarkali featured a V-neckline, full sleeves, and golden embroidery with mirrorwork all over it. Sonakshi kept the rest of the look completely same as the first one, which included her glam makeup with a gajra-adorned bun hairdo and exquisite gemstones-studded neckpiece, matching earrings, and red chooda.

It seemed Sonakshi kept her second look at the wedding reception fuss-free to enjoy it to the fullest. In a video that surfaced on the internet, the newbie bride was seen dancing her heart out even in her heavy anarkali. She was spotted alongside Snehil Dixit Mehra, aka 'BC Aunty', who served as an Episodic Director in Heeramandi. They were dancing to the beats of Sukhbir's Oh ho ho ho song and looked the happiest.

Well, Sonakshi indeed kept her promise to dance a lot on her wedding. In an old interview of the Dabangg actress with the Bombay Times, she was heard talking about her wedding plans. During one segment of the video, she revealed her wish to dance a lot on her wedding. Sonakshi said:
“Mai toh chahungi mai bahut dance karu apni khud ki wedding me.”

Sonakshi Sinha's best friend, Honey Singh also attended her wedding reception. The Indian rapper wore a blue jacket with a white shirt underneath and striped pants. He also flaunted his salt-and-pepper look while posing for the paps. In a video from the same party, Honey was seen performing live at Sonakshi and Zaheer's reception while the newly wedded duo was seen grooving to the singer's songs.
