According to the latest reports, Sonakshi Sinha is all set to tie the knot with her longtime beau, Zaheer Iqbal, in June 2024.
Bollywood actress, Sonakshi Sinha has been reportedly dating her Double XL co-actor, Zaheer Iqbal, for a long time now. Although the duo never addressed the speculations about them being in a relationship, their mushy camaraderie and joint appearances often fuel their dating rumours. From gracing the red carpets together to posting adorable birthday wishes for one another, Sonakshi and Zaheer never miss a chance to melt their fans' hearts with their bond.
According to the latest report in India Today, it has been revealed that Sonakshi Sinha is all set to get married to her beau, Zaheer Iqbal, on June 23, 2024, in Mumbai. Sonakshi and Zaheer, who have been together for a long time, are going to tie the knot and start their forever journey. The report further mentioned that apart from their close friends and family members, the entire cast of Heeramandi will grace the wedding.

The report also shared the deets about Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal's wedding invite, which has been circulated in the showbiz world. According to sources, the invite is designed like a magazine cover, and it has a note that reads, "The rumours are true." Moreover, the couple has requested that the guests come in formal attire, and the wedding celebrations will take place at Bastian, Mumbai.
Earlier, the entire lead cast of Heeramandi appeared on Netflix’s comedy series, The Great Indian Kapil Show and talked about their experiences of working in the series. During the conversation, the host, Kapil Sharma, teased Sonakshi about her marriage and asked, “Alia got married, Kiara got married. Is your character in Heeramandi negative or positive?” The audience started laughing at Kapil's wit, and Sonakshi answered:
“Bas aap jale pe namak daal rahe ho na. Wo janta hai mujhe kitne zor se shaadi karni hai. Heeramandi bhi khatam ho gayi, meri shaadi nahi huyi.”

Previously, in an interview with the ETimes, Sonakshi Sinha revealed that she doesn’t feel comfortable doing intimate scenes on-screen, including kissing. Speaking along the same lines, she shared that she always makes it very clear to the filmmaker that she wouldn’t be a part of such a scene in the film. However, Sonakshi also clarified that if intimate scenes are required, she told the filmmaker to rope in other actresses for the same in place of her. Sonakshi then confessed that she lost out on a lot of projects just because of her no-kissing policy on the celluloid.
