BJP leader, Sonali Phogat's daughter, Yashodhara performed the last rites of her mother on August 26, 2022. Read on to know more!
In a shocking turn of events, Sonali Phogat's family lost all hope as the BJP leader had taken her last breath on August 23, 2022, in Goa. Earlier, media reports had claimed that the Bigg Boss 14 contestant had a heart attack. But it was her family, who were not able to believe that Sonali died of a heart attack. In fact, it was Sonali's sister and her brother, who demanded justice.
After which, the autopsy report revealed that she had multiple blunt force injuries on her body. Following this, the Goa police registered a murder case and charged two associates, Sudhir Sagwan and Sukhwinder Singh as accused in the case. We had also stumbled upon a video, wherein Sonali was being dragged out of Curlies shack by one of her associates.

On August 26, 2022, Sonali Phogat's last rites were performed by her daughter, Yashodhara Phogat. In the heartwrenching pictures, Yashodhara was seen giving a shoulder to her mother's corpse. The 15-year-old dressed in a white ensemble, looked unconsolable as she performed the last rites of her mother.
Earlier, Sonali's sister, Ramen revealed that her sister told her she was feeling uneasy and wasn't feeling comfortable after eating her food. Ramen had said:
"Our mother spoke with her yesterday and Sonali told her, ‘Mummy, I am feeling slightly upset in the stomach. I can sense some problem soon after eating my food as if somebody was doing something to me.’ Sonali also said that she was feeling as if something was not alright and as if some conspiracy was being played on her and as if somebody was doing something to her."
