After Alia Bhatt announced the news of her pregnancy, her mom, Soni Razdan confirmed the same and expressed their family's reaction to it.
Two months after their intimate wedding, Alia Bhatt had surprised everyone, when she had announced the news of expecting her first baby with Ranbir Kapoor. Ever since Alia had announced her pregnancy, her fans are hooked to social media to get more details about the same. Ranbir and Alia’s friends, family and colleagues are overjoyed with the news and are pouring their heartfelt wishes on the soon-to-be parents.
On June 27, 2022, Alia Bhatt had taken to her IG handle and had posted adorable pictures. The first picture had featured Alia and Ranbir in the hospital, having her sonography done, and looking at the monitor, beaming with happiness. The second picture had consisted of a lion and lioness along with a cub. Along with the pictures, Alia had written:
“Our baby ….. coming soon.”

In an interview with HT Café, Alia Bhatt’s mother, Soni Razdan confirmed her daughter’s pregnancy and revealed how the family is over the moon. Sharing her happiness over the same, Soni said:
“We are overjoyed and overwhelmed. Words really don’t do justice to this moment. I am just so so happy for Ranbir and Alia and for all of us. There is nothing greater or more profound in this world than bringing another life into it."
After Alia’s pregnancy announcement, Soni Razdan had taken to her IG stories and had reposted Alia’s pregnancy announcement. Beaming with joy, the soon-to-be nani had dropped ‘congratulations’ and ‘Best News Ever’ stickers. Atop it, she had penned the phrase from Bible, “Our cup runneth over”, which means, “I have more than enough for my needs.”

A few days back, a cutesy video of Ranbir Kapoor had gone viral on the internet, and it had left everyone in awe. In the video, we could see Ranbir holding a baby in his arms, and he had looked super cute as he had cradled the little munchkin. However, the doting wife, Alia Bhatt had reacted to the video and it had melted everyone's hearts. Alia had reshared the video and had expressed her emotions after seeing her hubby, Ranbir having fun with the baby. The actress gave a heart-melting reaction and had penned:
"Okay. This video is a full vibe."
