Sonu Sood's wife, Sonali Sood reportedly got injured after she met with a major accident on the Mumbai-Nagpur highway.
Sonu Sood is a famous Bollywood actor, who is also a producer and humanitarian. Sonu is a true inspiration to many and is known for his philanthropic work. In his personal life, Sonu is married to Sonali Sood, and the couple has two sons, Ayaan and Ishant. Well, recently, a shocking report left Sonu's fans worried, as it revealed that his wife, Sonali has met with a major accident.
On March 25, 2025, a report by the Hindustan Times revealed that Sonu Sood's wife, Sonali Sood met with a major accident on the Mumbai-Nagpur highway. While not many details about this fatal accident could be known till now, it was revealed by the same report that Sonali was injured in this accident. To mention, Sonu and Sonali are yet to react to the report.
Recently, another report by the Hindustan Times revealed that the incident took place at midnight on Monday, March 24, 2025. As per an insider, Sonali was travelling with her sister and nephew when the accident took place. Sonali and her nephew got severely injured in the car crash, and were taken to the Max Hospital in Nagpur. Currently, Sonu's wife, Sonali, and her nephew are undergoing treatment and as per the medical staff of the hospital, they will be under observation for 48-72 hours. Sonali's sister reportedly sustained two minor injuries. After getting the news, Sonu was rushed to the hospital, and he is now with his wife in Nagpur. A spokesperson for the actor confirmed the news of Sonali's accident and revealed that the actor is currently unavailable. The spokesperson said:
"Yes, Sonali has met with an accident. Sonu is currently unavailable."
Sonali Sood is a Tamil woman, who is also a renowned film producer by profession. Apart from that, Sonali is also a homemaker, a loving wife, and a mom to two kids. Talking about her education, she holds an MBA degree from Nagpur University. Sonu and Sonali's love story is no less than a fairytale novel, which is also like a 90s old-school love story to the core. The duo met each other when they were still studying.
While Sonu was acquiring his engineering degree in Nagpur, Sonali was pursuing her MBA degree there. Since the time they started dating, they had been each other's one and only, and they have always stood like strong pillars behind each other through thick and thin. The couple got married back in 1996, it was three years after Sonu's marriage to Sonali, that in 1999, he made his debut in Bollywood. Be it Sonali or her and the actor's two sons, they like to keep it low-key when it comes to the public limelight.
