Voted as the winner and first runner-up of Bigg Boss 12- Dipika Kakar and Sreesanth respectively, have won a million hearts. Dipika and Sreesanth have openly accepted each other as siblings. Sreesanth, along with wife Bhuvneshwari, visited Dipika Kakar's Mumbai home last night on January 08, 2018. Dipika's husband, Shoaib Ibrahim took to Twitter to share the pics from the visit and captioned those as, "Rishte kaise judd jaate hain wo zaroori nahi hota.....wo dil se jude rahein wo zaroori hota hai....@sreesanth36 @Bhuvneshwarisr1 lovely meeting you had a blast.. aur uspe biggboss12 ke kisse..@ms_dipika."
Dipika Kakar took to her Instagram handle and shared a play Boomerang with her brother, Sreesanth. She captioned it as, "If not the sword... It was a balloon fight!!!! @sreesanthnair36 and me doing our hamesha waali crazy masti!!."
Sreesanth's wife, Bhuvneshwari had recently commented that Dipika was never seen without her husband inside the Bigg Boss 12 house. Without discrediting Dipika's efforts, the doting wifey said, "I am not someone who decides that is up to Dipika to decide who she wanted to give credit to and definitely she won it was public who voted for her. But I will not give Sreesanth credit but I would say yes she wasn't seen without Sree. I am not talking as a wife but as a viewer. Initial 10 episodes she didn't had many contributions but later on, she did too pretty well. I would not say that the credit of her victory goes to Sreesanth."
Bhuvneshwari also took to her Instagram and asked Sreesanth fans not be disheartened with him not winning the show. She wrote, "My Dear #SreeFam please don't be disheartened. We did our best. And you all are my family and will always remain. Sreesanth is a gem of a person and he proved again. Today again he proves his selflessness by saying he'll be happier if Deepika wins. Dipika earlier shared the following video with Sreesanth and said that she will remain a sister to him for a lifetime. She also captioned it as, "The proudest moment for me!!! As the top two contestants were #sreepika !!! Thank you bhai for being with me in this difficult journey... no matter what we both were together in every situation standing by each other and this was our biggest strength!!! Already missing the Statue... the fights and the meals we had together in the house... I am and will be your sister for life..... @sreesanthnair36."
Not everything has always been positive between Dipika and Sreesanth. He had once said that she will win the show as she is a Colors actress. Commenting later on the same, Dipika was quoted as saying, "Even if he didn’t say that people would still think that I have won because I am channel’s favourite as I have done a successful show Sasural Simar Ka with them. But I want to concentrate on the people who have voted for me to win the game rather than those who are criticising me. But I want to thank them as well because you only shine brighter when someone criticizes you."
In fact, a couple of days ago, Sreesanth was seen partying with show's previous winner, Shilpa Shinde who had called Dipika the worst winner of Bigg Boss history. Dipika commented and retorted, "It is true that Dipika has a strong bond with Sreesanth but Sreesanth has his own personal life too where he is allowed to talk to anyone of his choice. Nobody can stop him. She has her own rapport. She is in constant touch with him, speaks to him, and meets him. And frankly, every winner of Bigg Boss has gone through all such comments. But the reality is that she is the winner of Bigg Boss 12. Let people say now what they want to say."
