The excitement around the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) 2025 has reached a new level. This is because the 'King of Bollywood', Shah Rukh Khan, has arrived in Jaipur ahead of the highly anticipated event, which has already started and will continue over the weekend. When King Khan arrived at Jaipur airport, the crowd went berserk seeing him. However, what was more interesting was the bag that the megastar was carrying, which was worth in lakh.
It was during the evening of March 8, 2025, when Shah Rukh Khan and his manager, Pooja Dadlani, were seen at the Jaipur airport. King Khan had worn a crisp white shirt coupled with faded blue-hued jeans and black sunglasses. However, what caught everyone's attention was the Hermes Hac A Dos Bleu Du Nord bag, which came at a whopping price of around Rs. 11.70 lakh, according to a Free Press Journal report. The crowd went crazy seeing King Khan and chanted, "Dal baati choorma, Shah Rukh Khan soorma!" The actor got the grandest welcome in the Pink City.
SRK has lately been seen making hush-hush entries and exits at airports. He did his signature waving to his fans, was seen climbing the footboard of his car and was also seen giving flying kisses to his fans, before he went away. There is a reason as to why SRK is hailed as the 'King Of Romance'.
IIFA will be completing 25 glorious years in 2025 of connecting Bollywood with the entire world. A star-studded press event was already held in Mumbai, and Shah Rukh Khan, Kartik Aaryan, and Karan Johar attended along with others. The first leg of the IIFA Awards will take place at the JECC (Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre). March 7, 2025, marked the first day of IIFA, while March 8 and 9 will mark the second and third day.
SRK is known worldwide for his acting prowess and inspirational life. He got the 'Best Actor' role for Jawan, and it was during his post-winning speech that he shared how he and his family had to undergo a tough time during Aryan's arrest. He had expressed gratitude to his wife, Gauri and said:
"Somebody reminded me that money needs to be put into a film. So, I want to thank Gauri. She may be the only wife spending more on the husband than the other way around. We were going through a tough time while making Jawan (referring to the Aryan Khan case)."
Fans of the IIFA can expect an array of performances from their favourite stars. SRK, who has been a part of IIFA for years, would be reportedly not be hosting the prestigious awards show but would be a performer. There are multiple reports doing rounds that Kartik Aaryan will be joining hands with Karan Johar as the host of IIFA 2025.
