Shantanu – Nikhil
Shantanu-Nikhil recreated the artistically sensuous Elizabethan Era with free flowing gowns and lehengas designed in Tulle, Chiffon and other materials. Orange, Ivory, Yellow and Muted Brown ruled the order of the day along with delicate thread embroidery and Swarovski embellishments. Overall, the vintage collection from the European land of royalty is a stylish bride’s dream come true.

Anju Modi
Anju Modi’s designs in Ivory, Maroon and shades of blue were all about delightfully seductive cuts and embellishments. Saris with ornate Zardosi work, danglers and tassels added to the feminine appeal of the lehengas and drapes while velvet and brocade were used profusely for border – hem designs.
Anarkalis, jackets over the blouse, and heavily embellished odhanis were the real hallmarks of the collection.

Suneet Verma
While voluminous layered lehengas in shades of red and orange with metallic tops reminded one of the quintessential Indian bridal attire of the by-gone eras, artistically cut drapes and skirts in midnight blue and mint green represented the primitive desires of the human heart, what with clever display of skin amidst the sheer chiffon, tulle and georgette fabrics. Choli-cut blouses, jackets, shrugs with fine zardosi work adorned the feminine curves gracefully. The fine thread embroidery, crystal beading and mirror work accentuated the bridal appeal of the couture collection.
