In a recent interview, Sunny Deol reacted to the passionate kissing scene between Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi in the movie, 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani'.
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani has created a lot of excitement amongst the audience with its multi-starrer cast and their incomparable acting mettle. The power-packed performances of veterans like Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra, and Shabana Azmi also received a lot of applause. Moreover, the passionate kissing scene between Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi created a buzz on the internet and left them surprised. Dharmendra and Shabana have already opened up about the same. And now Dharmendra's son, Sunny Deol reacted to the kissing scene between the former and Shabana Azmi.
In an interview with NDTV, Sunny Deol was asked if he had seen the film or the scene, wherein Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi shared the kiss. To this, Sunny mentioned that he hadn't watched the film, but he had heard about it. The actor added that he doesn't watch films, and sometimes it even happens that he doesn't watch his own films. Elaborating on the same, Sunny shared:
"My dad can do anything and he’s the only actor I would say, who can carry it off. I didn't see it, I have heard about it. I have not watched the film. Filmein itni dekhta nahi hoon main. Main khud ki picture kayi baar nahi dekhta."

In the same interview, Sunny Deol was asked if he has talked to his dad, Dharmendra about the kissing scene of him with Shabana. To which Sunny mentioned that he hadn't. The actor also mentioned that his dad is a personality and he can carry everything because of his humbleness and honesty. Talking about the same line, Sunny shared:
"No! I mean how can I talk to my dad about that? He is a personality, who can... kuch bhi cheez carry kar sakte hain woh... because of his humbleness, honesty..."
Earlier, in an interview with Zoom Digital, Hema Malini was asked about her views on the kissing scene. To this, Dharmendra's wife mentioned that she had not seen the movie yet, but she is happy that people have loved Dharmendra in the film. The diva also shared that Dharma loves being in front of the camera and cannot live without it.
Earlier, during a press conference of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani, Dharmendra opened up about his kissing scene with Shabana Azmi. The talented actor shared that he had been getting many messages and calls from people ever since the film was released. Moreover, his reaction to the questions about his kissing scene was simply unmissable. The veteran actor could be quoted as saying:
"Message aa rahe hai ki Dharam ji apne aesa aesa kar diya. Yeh to mere daayein haath ka khel hai."

Yet in another interview with News 18, Dharmendra opened up about the passionate scene between him and Shabana Azmi. The talented artist mentioned that when Karan Johar narrated the story to him, he understood that this scene was what the movie required and was not forcefully put in. He also stated that romance has no age, and two characters can show their love for each other by kissing. Dharmendra also mentioned that he and his fellow co-star, Shabana didn't feel awkward at all, as it was an aesthetic shot.
