Sunny Deol's video, wherein he was seen shouting at a fan at the airport, had gone viral. Recently, the actor opened up about the same.
Sunny Deol is making headlines all thanks to his superhit film, Gadar 2. The film was a sequel to the 2001 movie, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. While he is basking in the success of his latest films, there are few, who are eagerly waiting to project him negative light. A similar incident happened when a video of Sunny Deol went viral, wherein his angry side was shown as he yelled at a fan, who was trying to click a picture. Recently, Sunny Deol opened up about the same.
Recently, Sunny Deol talked about his viral video on Ranveer Allahbadia's podcast. He recalled the incident and said that sometimes there are fans who take a selfie but don't move away, and while he respects their love and the bond they share with him, a lot of times, he is just thinking of carrying on. Sunny added that he didn't think, who was recording him, he just wanted to explain that he was in a rush. He said:
"Sometimes what happens is that I am constantly running around. I also got a catch in my back recently, but still, I am at it and I have to go along with it. So many times it has happened that I am in pain but still have to keep moving. Obviously, fans love you, and you share that with them. A lot of times, even when it (selfie) is done, they don’t move away. So at that time, I am not thinking if someone is recording me, and what I’m thinking is, ‘Let me carry on. Please try and understand’. There is an emotional connection with fans.”

It all happened when Sunny Deol looked in a rush at the airport, and a fan was trying to take a picture with him while security was trying to get him aside. Further in the video, Sunny was seen losing his calm, and he yelled at his fan and said:
"O yaar lai na photo."

Sunny Deol made his directorial debut in 1999 with the film, Dillagi, and he last produced a film in 2019 for his son. Recently, in an interview with BBC Asian Network, Sunny talked about his film production journey. He shared that every time he produced a film, he went 'bankrupt'. He further added that it is because of the new dynamics in the film production and his inability to wear too many hats.
Sunny further added that he had a tough time with his films in the past decade. The actor called it super difficult. He was quoted as saying:
"Because I go bankrupt. The world has become very difficult. Years back, I could control things because distribution was normal. They were people we interacted with. There was a connection. Ever since the corporates have come in, there's nothing. For an individual to stand tall over there, it's difficult. You have to do your PR, run around, and they won't give you your number of theatres. They don't want individuals to be there. I had a tough time with my films in this past decade. You're trying to do a certain kind of cinema, but you."
