Sunny Deol reportedly hiked his fees post his success in 'Gadar 2'. The actor is speculated to charge a whopping amount of Rs. 45 crores and Rs. 75 crores for his upcoming two movies.
Sunny Deol is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood. The handsome actor, with a career of more than three decades in Bollywood, provided his fans with more than 90 movies. It was his last released film, Gadar 2, that brought him immense success, and he has been hitting the headlines every other day for his masterclass performance in the movie. However, reports have been rife that Sunny Deol will be next seen in Nitesh Tiwari's much-anticipated movie, Ramayana, alongside Ranbir Kapoor. And now, a new report suggested that Sunny has charged a hefty sum of money to portray an important role in the mythological movie.
For the unversed, Sunny Deol has been speculated to be seen as 'Lord Hanuman' in Nitesh Tiwari's movie, Ramayana. And now, a recent report by Bollywood Hungama claimed that the actor has charged a whopping amount for the role of 'Lord Hanuman'. A source close to the actor told the news portal that Sunny Deol had charged a whopping amount of Rs. 45 crores to essay his role in Nitesh Tiwari's movie.

The source also mentioned that Sunny doesn't want to take up any project in the middle of his shooting for Ramayana as he doesn't want to shift his focus from the same. If the report is to be believed, then Sunny will also undergo a change in his body type to portray the role of 'Lord Hanuman' in the movie, Ramayana. The source also revealed that Sunny playing Hanuman's role would be a thank you to the lord for all the success he wrote on the actor's fate. However, it is worth mentioning that no confirmation of the same news was made from the actor's side. The source can be quoted as saying:
"Playing Lord Hanuman on screen is a big responsibility and Sunny has decided to not take up any project in the middle of the Ramayana shoot. He wants to give complete focus to the part and will also undergo a change in body type to play Lord Hanuman. He is negotiating a Rs. 45 crore deal with Nitesh Tiwari and Madhu Mantena for Ramayana. Sunny playing Hanuman will be like a thank you from Sunny Deol to Lord Hanuman for giving him all the success in life."
The source also added that Sunny Deol is in talks with a big producer from the South Indian film industry for an action film. Mentioning that the negotiation is underway, the source further added that Sunny charged for a remuneration of Rs. 75 crores to get featured in the same film.

Earlier, reports about Sunny Deol hiking his fees to Rs. 50 crores made rounds in the media. However, on his appearance on the Aap Ki Adalat stage, Sunny was asked about the same. To this, he shared that it's in the producer's hands to decide how much he/she is willing to pay the actors. Sunny also added that the actors can only charge while focusing on the fact of how much they are helping the film. Sunny also mentioned if the producers are willing to pay him a hefty sum of money, then he is okay with that. He further mentioned that he likes to be in a position where he doesn’t become a burden to a project.
