Sushant Singh Rajput believes in eating right. When he got his first Bollywood movie, he had to sport a chiselled body. So, he decided to stay away from his favourite aaloo and gobi paranthas with butter and switched to boiled vegetables, protein shakes, and sprouts. According to him, even one extra calorie messes up your fitness goals. Hence, it is better to stick to a balanced meal and control the cravings.

He drinks protein shakes and does not prefer trying different flavours of the shake. He stays away from fried food and sweets as well. For dinner, he prefers having chicken and rice.
