Within days of the new development, hinting murder in the case of late Sushant Singh Rajput's untimely demise, his sister, Shweta Singh Kirti demands the CBI for a new investigation.
The untimely and unfortunate demise of Sushant Singh Rajput had created a massive stir in not just the entire Hindi film industry but also etched a deep scar on the hearts of his fans, who could not accept the news of his passing away. They also believed that the actor never committed suicide and was murdered. Now, nearly two and a half years of his death, a new report by a member of Cooper Hospital has revealed that Sushant was indeed murdered.
Since SSR’s death, his dear sister, Shweta, has been fighting hard to get his brother his due justice. And now, with the recent report admitted by the staff of Cooper Hospital, where Sushant’s mortal remains had undergone an autopsy, Shweta has called out for CBI to look into the matter again diligently. Taking to her IG handle, Shweta posted a picture of Sushant, along with a long note that read:
“If there is an ounce of truth to this evidence, we urge CBI to really look into it diligently. We have always believed that you guys will do a fair investigation and let us know the truth. Our heart aches to find no closure as yet."

In a shocking twist of the tale, a staff working for the autopsy department at the Cooper Hospital claimed that there were some marks on Sushant’s body, especially around his neck, which hinted at a murder and not a case of suicide. However, he further revealed that when such observations were brought to the notice of the higher supervising officials, he was instead asked to ignore it and continue to click pictures of the body.
Shweta shared a strong bond with her brother, and ever since his demise; there has not been a day when she has not missed him dearly. Taking to her IG handle on November 16, 2022, Shweta posted a clip of herself, recalling how she felt her brother’s presence on her birthday. In the video, she spoke about how quite miraculously, on that day, she heard all her brother’s film songs on a loop on the radio without any of her interference.

Shweta has been very fond of her brother, and needless to say, his demise has made her even more hurt and emotional. January 13, 2021, marked the first posthumous birthday of Sushant Singh Rajput. Being quite a heavy-hearted day for his family and fans, his sister, Shweta, had shared a glimpse of a self-composed poem of her brother, which spoke about life, dreams, and the purpose of one's life.
