One such celebrity is Sushmita Sen, who loves sharing videos of her yoga and meditation with her fans and followers on Instagram. Recently, the actress posted a music track with the help of her family members and has shared it on her Instagram handle for all the meditation lovers out there.

On April 27, 2020, Sushmita Sen took to her Instagram handle and posted a beautiful music track for all the fitness and meditation lovers out there. As we all know that Sushmita is a huge follower of yoga and is encouraging people to utilise this lockdown to fall in love with meditation. Well, this time around she has come up with a track and has created it with the help of her boyfriend, Rohman Shawl and daughters, Renee and Alisah. In the peaceful track, we can hear Sushmita reciting ‘Om’ right from the start till the end. On April 22, 2020, Sushmita Sen had taken to her Instagram handle to post a beautiful couple yoga video of her with boyfriend, Rohman Shawl, in which they can be seen doing various difficult yoga poses. Currently, Sushmita is enjoying her time in quarantine with her family and is inspiring people with her yoga sessions on Instagram. Recently, in a live Instagram session conducted by Sushmita Sen with her family, a fan had asked the actress about her wedding plans, and had stated, “When will you get married?” Sushmita had laughed out loud and passed the question to her boyfriend, Rohman. She had said, “The question is for you.” Rohman also replied to the question, saying that he is ready to marry her whenever she says yes.

Going forward in the live session, the actress had also talked about the lockdown, and had revealed that, “It’s hard on everybody but now if you ask me, what I miss the most? Well, working. I miss working. I think the world cannot survive on staying in a lockdown. We have to have our purpose back and we have to have a way to remain independent. Let us hope, finally, beginning May, we get back to ourselves and get into action in full force.” She also gave some tips to deal with the lockdown and had said, “If you are in a lockdown at home, make sure no couch is too comfortable.” After that, they had also sung a Bengali song together and Sushmita had praised her daughter, Alisah at the end of the song for remembering the lyrics of the entire song.
