However, the speculations turned true this time, and Sushmita finally confirmed the news in her unique way. For the unversed, Sushmita Sen and Rohman Shawl's love story was all about divine connection, and the ex-lovers had balanced each other perfectly on every level, but they were just a beautiful chapter in each other's life book. On December 23, 2021, Sushmita took to her Instagram handle and posted a throwback picture with Rohman. The photo was from their vacation together. Along with it, Sushmita penned a beautiful note and revealed that their relationship was long over. She wrote:
"We began as friends, we remain friends!! The relationship was long over…the love remains!"
Earlier, in March 2021, Sushmita and Rohman's breakup news was all over the internet. She had even shared a quote from Vienna Pharaon. The quote was all about healing, breaking patterns and life lessons. Alongside it, she had written:
"Patterns repeat themselves unconsciously...until we consciously break them! We each carry the power to heal ourselves. I speak from experience!! When we become aware of the patterns, the repetitions, the unconscious habits...we must break those patterns...before they break us! Happy Healing!!!! I love you guys! muuuaaah"
