Sussanne Khan's sister, Farah Khan Ali got divorced from DJ Aqeel and shared the announcement with two pictures with him.
Bollywood actor, Hrithik Roshan's ex-wife, Sussanne Khan's sister, Farah Khan Ali, got divorced from her estranged husband, DJ Aqeel. For the unversed, it was in 2021, when Farah and Aqeel announced that they had parted ways. However, the couple tied the knot on February 20, 1999. And they are blessed with two kids, Azaan and Fizaa.
On February 10, 2023, Farah Khan Ali took to her Instagram handle and shared two pictures with her ex-husband, DJ Aqeel. In the photos, the ex-couple happily posed with each other. Alongside it, Farah penned that they have legally gotten divorced. She also shared that they continue co-parenting their children, Azaan and Fizaa. She wrote:
"We have been declared officially divorced and are happy about it. We wish each other lots of love, happiness and luck in our onward journeys. We will always remain parents to our beautiful children Azaan and Fizaa and nothing will change. Grateful for the journey we had together."

Last year, Farah shared a note on her social media handle. She revealed that there are times when people grow apart, and outgrow each other. Farah also shared that it has been nine years since her relationship with her husband, Aqeel, changed to just friends. She had written:
"Sometimes two people grow apart. Sometimes they outgrow each other. It has been 9 years since my relationship with my husband Aqeel changed its status as a couple to just friends and to term it simply would be to state that we are Happily Separated."
Farah further added that they would also be each other's best friends and parents to their children. She also added that it was a mutual decision. She had written:
"We will always be best friends to each other and parents to our wonderful children Azaan and Fizaa who love us both equally yet accept that we cannot be a couple any longer. This was a mutual decision we took together involving two adults, and there wasn’t any third person involved."
On the work front, Farah Khan Ali is a famous jewellery designer!
