The supremely talented actor is an one man army, but out of all his talents, it's his acting in India's longest-running sitcom serial, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, that had made him famous. Shailesh plays the character of Taarak Mehta in the show, who is the lead character, Jethalal Champaklal Gada's best friend.

The multi-talented PhDian is also the director of MET (Mumbai Educational Trust). Last but not least is the fact that she is an incredibly influential author.
