Internet's new crush, Taha Shah Badussha recalled getting scammed at the early stage of his career. He also talked about his desperation and obsession with his work.
Taha Shah Badussha has been tagged as the 'new crush' of the internet. The actor has been winning hearts with his role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Apart from that, Taha Shah was seen in Gippi and Luv Ka The End. However, Taha Shah's role as 'Nawab Tajdar Baloch' in Heeramandi won the hearts of the audience in a fraction of a second. Earlier, in an interview, Taha shared that initially, he was offered a small role in Heeramandi, but he was later shocked when he was offered the lead role in the series. And now, in a recent interview, the actor opened up about the struggle he had to face during the early days of his career and how he was scammed.
In a recent interview with Instant Bollywood, Taha Shah Badussha was asked if anything ever stopped him or left him thinking about whether he should step forward. To this, the youngster added that it was just a cold calling. Talking more about the same, Taha Shah revealed that cold-calling is the best discipline that anybody should go through. Talking about the early stages of his career, Taha mentioned that the longest period of time he had stood in line for the audition was 13 hours during a short film shoot in the UK.

In the same interview, Taha Shah also said that he had bagged the role for the short film in the UK, but he could not do it as it had a 4-year contract, and it was not allowed by the actor's father. Talking about the same, Taha shared that before getting the role in YRF, he had to give 18 auditions a day. Moreover, he also got scammed at the early stage of his career as he had paid 4-10 thousand to several offices, and suddenly those offices disappeared. The actor mentioned that although these issues have been called out before, it is still there.
Going further in the interview, Taha Shah was asked if there was any fear of looking desperate. To this, he said that he is desperate and he is a very live example that people should be desperate and obsessed with their passion. The actor said there's nothing wrong or negative with being obsessed and desperate for the things that someone loves, and the obsession will later provide the individual with backup. Taha added that he had been desperate and had been the same; thus, he kept calling people for eight years to get one audition or one role.

In an interview with The Indian Express, Taha Shah Badussha mentioned that after the look test for Heeramandi, he was left broken, and SLB told him he would play the part, i.e., the role of a friend of 'Tajdar.' However, later, the director shocked him when he offered him the lead role. Taha added that SLB didn't talk to him for a few days after the shooting started and later asked him to sit by him and observe.
