Last year, on January 2, 2019, when Virajveer Khurrana had turned 7, his doting parents had taken to their social media handle to wish their little one. The same could be read as “Gratitude. Whenever I look at you that’s what I feel except on a few days when I feel like picking up my chappal like a typical Punjabi mother! But most days it’s gratitude! Happy birthday my love, may you grow up to become a person who loves and respects humanity.” (Also Read: Inaaya Naumi Kemmu Looks Cute As She Welcomes 2020 On A Beach With Soha Ali Khan And Kunal Kemmu)

In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Ayushmann Khurrana had spoken about the upbringing of his kids, Virajveer Khurrana and Varushka Khurrana. He had remarked, “They should have a normal upbringing that we had. That’s good for their growth. They should not be thinking in their head that they are stars already. They should learn everything the hard way and that can only be possible when Tahira (Kashyap Khurrana) and I bring them up in a certain away and keep them away from the arch lights.”

When Tahira Kashyap Khurrana was going under her breast cancer treatment, she had undergone multiple surgeries and chemotherapies, which resulted in her losing hair. Tahira, in an interview with Humans of Bombay, had revealed how her then-7-year-old son, Virajveer Khurrana was embarrassed of her and what was her reaction to the same. Tahira had stated, “I remember my 7-year-old son was embarrassed because I was bald. He told me not to come in front of his friends. But I didn’t want that. So I went & met all his friends, they gaped for a bit but were normal later. I think I redefined ‘normal’ & ‘beautiful’ for my son that day. I am happy & full of gratitude. I am determined to spread awareness about early detection of breast cancer & follow my passion by overcoming any curve balls thrown my way. I’ve made it my mission to love myself & to live my best life, come what may.” (Also Read: Aayush Sharma's 'Love At First Sight' Moment With Daughter, Ayat From Hospital Will Melt Your Heart)
