Tahira Kashyap Khurrana is a hands-on mommy, who manages both her children and work efficiently. She shared a glimpse of her kids, Virajveer and Varushka's happy weekend.
Bollywood actor, Ayushmann Khurrana had lost his heart to author-filmmaker, Tahira Kashyap, and the two had tied the knot in 2008. After enjoying marital bliss for four years, Ayushmann and Tahira had welcomed their first child, a baby boy, Virajveer Khurrana, in 2012. And, in 2014, the duo was blessed with a daughter, Varushka Khurrana. Ever since then, Tahira has been giving major mommy goals and juggling between work and home like a pro.
Tahira loves her kids unconditionally, however, keeping with the kids can be really painful sometimes. On April 17, 2020, during the lockdown, Tahira had taken to her Instagram handle to share a beautiful picture of her kids, expressing her desire to open their schools soon, so she could get some peace of mind. Her caption could be read as:
"Kids bring happiness ...true ... but uniformed kids bring even more joy to mothers!! Kab khulega school! Kab aayenge woh din."

A few moments back, Tahira Kashyap took to her IG handle and shared a glimpse of her kids', Virajveer and Varushka's happy weekend on her IG stories. In the video, we can see Virajveer and Virushka indulged in a colouring session, and their sketch pens were lying all over the place. The adorable kids were so busy in their artistic activity, they didn't even pay attention to the camera when their doting mommy recorded the video. Sharing the video, Tahira added a "Happy Weekend" sticker atop it. Check it out below:
Tahira Kashyap is a celebrated author and her book, 'The 12 commandments of being a woman', had garnered praise and applauds from readers all across the nation. The process of writing can be mentally exhausting, and Tahira too was exhausted while writing her book. However, it was her whiteboard that had helped her, keeping her thoughts intact, and for her mental well-being, it was her kids, Virajveer and Varushka’s sweet gestures that had kept her going.

To motivate their mommy, Tahira’s kids used to draw caricatures on her whiteboard, showering love on her. On January 4, 2021, taking to her IG handle, Tahira had shared pictures of her whiteboard with listicles of her book and a close-up of the art made by her kids over that. Mentioning how the family had left Mumbai 7 months ago in a hurry while she was prepping for her book, Tahira had written:
“Came home after 7 long months to this! Mumbai is home now. I was in the middle of prep towards my book #the12commandmentsofbeingawoman that released last year! We left mumbai in a bit of panic, and somehow we return in calm. This board helped me work towards my book in more than one way.”
From drawing caricatures to writing ‘I love you mama’, Virajveer and Varushka had done their best to inspire their mommy. Tahira had further continued how her kids, Virajveer and Varushka had motivated her with their encouraging notes. She had shared that the tiny notes had helped her during the toughest days of writing her book. She had continued:
“Apart from the prep bit I got a few encouraging notes from the tinier human beings who saw me struggle each day! ( zoom in some corner or swipe!) these surprise notes helped me on the toughest of the days! Hard work + encouragement + love helps you push more!”
On the work front, Tahira Kashyap Khurrana recently directed Netflix's web series, Feels Like Ishq.
