Kareena had said, “Saif was supposed to head out to Bhuj for a shoot and he almost cancelled the shoot saying, “Nahi nahi, cancel the shoot. I can't go. I can't leave Taimur.””  Kareena had added, “I'm like you have to go, you have to go to work. In 2018, at the India Today Conclave, Kareena had opened up about her life after the birth of Taimur and how she and Saif are as parents. She was quoted as saying, "My life is no more my own. My heart no more beats inside me. It beats in this gorgeous looking boy that I sleep next to every night and everything is in his two tiny little hands. Taimur loves his time with his mother! I think his mother spoils him because I’m always giving him the warmth and the cuddle. His father is teaching him to play cricket. So, there are things that we both try to balance out. When I’m doing a film, then Saif tries to be around. But now he’s shooting for the last three-and-a-half months, so I will be around Taimur.”

Saif Ali Khan, in an interview with a leading portal, had talked about Taimur Ali Khan being his travel partner. He was quoted as saying, “Despite having the idea of trying different things, we’ve ended up (and my wife is quite annoyed about this) going to the same places and doing the same things every year—London in summer, Gstaad in winter, with some parts of India, like Rajasthan and Pataudi, in between. We would have liked to go to more places in Italy and France—and we will. But you know, there is also something comforting about going to the same places, because the people know you and the hotel feels like home. With Taimur, we also end up travelling with a bit of an entourage. We never travelled light, but after Taimur, we travel even heavier." (Must Read: Deepika Padukone And Ranveer Singh Steal The Limelight With A Kiss On The Premier Of 'Chhapaak')
