'That Glam Girl' Himanshi Tekwani's estranged husband, Rishi Athwani, lashes out at her for false allegations and fake cases on him and his family.
Himanshi Tekwani, a popular YouTuber, known as 'That Glam Girl' has been making headlines ever since she made a video accusing her estranged husband, Rishi Athwani and his family of torturing her in the four years of their marriage. Himanshi made the video after Rishi started making educational vlogs on how women use the Dowry Act of India to seek revenge. After almost a week of facing netizen trial and trolling, Rishi Athwani shared his side of the story with proof.
On January 24, 2025, Rishi Athwani took to his YouTube channel and shared a 30-minute video revealing his side of the story. In the entire video, Rishi didn't once use his estranged wife, Himanshi's name and even blurred her face in the video proofs. Rishi started the video by stating:
"Mil gayi mann ko shanti, mil gayi dil ko thandak, aur kitna giroge neche or kitna jhooth koi bol sakta hai yeh mai ne dekh liya."
Rishi highlighted Himanshi's allegation that he had cheated on her and her family, asking for money from him. Rishi added that before marriage, he was working in a store, but it was on Himanshi's insistence that he started YouTube with her and made videos for her channel. She told him how to grow the channel and start the vlogs. Rishi also shared proof of how he helped grow Himanshi's channel, and she was able to file ITRs in lakhs.
Not only this, Rishi also shared a voice recording of Himanshi and how he tried to fulfil her every request. In the voice note, Himanshi asked him to get a doorbell arrangement in the house they were making on top. Rishi also shared other voice notes on how Himanshi would instruct him on what she wanted in the video, and he would follow.
Not only this, Rishi also shared how Himanshi's nature was extremely possessive, and she wanted him to be with her 24*7. He revealed that she would get upset with him even if he would talk with his own sister. He said:
"Yaha tak ki meri apni bhen bhi aa jaye 1 ghanta or use baat kar lun toh uska mooh suj kar, aansu nikal aate the ki mujhe importance kyo nahi di."
Rishi added that he stopped celebrating festivals with his parents. Himanshi had a problem with his parents. He added that if his family has so many issues with her, why would they have made a floor for her on top of their home? Whatever interior she demanded, they agreed on it. Rishi also shared a video proof of her yelling at him and abusing him.
Rishi further stated that he has been sharing his side of the story only after Himanshi started filing false cases and writing against his family. He revealed that she had accused him and his family of taking a luxury car. Rishi stated that she has money in crores in her bank account, and still, she is demanding Rs. 1 crore from him.
Rishi added that Himanshi had filed false cases against him and his family. She had called him in a police station and accused them of ugly things. Rishi revealed that he was making the videos as it was a matter of his family's pride. He was quoted as saying:
"Itna level neeche kardiya, mere uper or mere pariwaar ke uper itni dharaye itni gandagi macha dega, uske baad thane bulaayega mere ma baap ko thane bulayega, waha par itni ghatiya or neech kisam ki baate ki gayi hai."
