This bride ditched the traditional lehenga and 'choli'. Instead, she opted for an 'Anarkali' suit for her wedding day.
We all might have seen many Indian brides donning and glittering in their red lehenga-cholis on their wedding day. It is because Indian brides have been wearing a saffron red outfit to their wedding ceremonies for centuries. However, the times have changed now, and the modern brides are experimenting with new colours and styles.
Even though a few still stick to their traditional roots of picking a red outfit, it is no more a compulsion to wear a lehenga and choli. Similarly, we have come across a beautiful bride who ditched the lehenga-choli and opted for an astounding Anarkali suit for her wedding.

The bride, Shagun Khattar, who is the founder of the Global Flowers International Pre-School, tied the nuptial knot with the love of her life, Rajat. Shagun donned a beautiful red Anarkali suit from the designer duo, Dimple And Harpreet Narula's bridal collection. Their wedding took place at The Amaltas Farm, in Punjab.
The bride's red ensemble was heavily studded with golden sequins and beads. The outfit was designed with intreque floral and leaf patterns. It also featured multicoloured designs, on the base of the suit. She had paired her Anarkali suit with a heavily embroidered dupatta, which had intricate gotta-patti work on the edges. She paired it with stunning kundan jewellery to complete her look, which included a maang teeka, a nath, earrings and a heavy stone studded necklace. And instead of the bridal chooda, she wore beautiful bangles with a simple Mehandi design on her hands, which added elegance to her overall look.

The groom, Rajat, had looked like a real gentleman in his formal attire. He had donned a navy-blue pant-suit which he had paired with a pure white shirt, a blue bow tie and black formal shoes. He completed his look by wearing a classy wristwatch.
The bride, Shagun Khattar and the groom, Rajat, had looked stunning in their wedding day outfits. The couple had looked absolutely perfect together as they complemented each other’s outfits.
Post the wedding, Shagun had accentuated her another look in a dazzling lehenga-choli in mehandi green colour from the designer, Seema Gujral. Her dress was shimmering with sequins designed in floral motifs. The bride had kept her makeup and jewellery minimal this time. However, with her minimal accessories, she still slayed her dreamy look.
