A bride at her wedding feels all of the emotions, at once, happiness, joy, nervousness, anxiety, sadness, love, and many things. But, love always finds a way to overpower everything in the course of its journey. Our this week's bride, Avani Awasthee, had tied the nuptial knot with the man of her dreams, her best friend, Advait Parchure. In the bride's words, "Advait has been my constant. I was afraid I would lose my best friend amidst the chaos, but he is still my best friend even now that we are married!"
During the pandemic, they had decided to get engaged, and this year, they planned their destination wedding at Alibaug by the beach. The bride had a Marathi wedding and had looked gorgeous in a bright yellow saree that she had opted for her wedding day. And she had looked happy!
They had four wedding ceremonies and not in the usual way! The bride and the groom had started their first day with Mehendi. She had looked absolutely gorgeous in a vibrant pink coloured off-shoulder gown with a dual texture. It had a shiny sequinned top like upper half and flowy satin lower giving a lehenga vibe, but it was actually a gown. She had completed the look with pink eye shadow, kohled eyes, nude pink lips, and a sleek statement choker.
The groom, Advait, had also worn a simple pink kurta to complement his wife's couture. They had a pink hue theme set for Mehendi, and everybody had donned a shade of pink, giving a happy vibe.

Their pink theme had continued in the Vidhi ceremony as well. The bride had draped a beautiful pink and golden zari bordered saree, which she had paired with a golden brocade blouse and a veil. She had completed the look with a gold jewellery set that included a choker, a long chain, green mirror-based bangles, kadas, borla, and a pair of stud earrings. During the puja, she had worn the stone-studded Mundavalya.
The groom had looked equally dapper in a baby pink coloured sherwani suit. He had completed the look with a bright pink doshala, a white and pink coloured topi, a statement neckpiece, and of course, the Mundavalya.
As per the bride's sister's Instagram post, they only had a 30 minutes gap between Vidhi and Mangalashtak, and yet they could march out from their room to the wedding venue with all the glamour! The wedding didn't have a particular colour as a theme but everyone came wearing gleaming colours.

Whereas, the groom, Advait, had donned a yellow kurta set and had paired it with a white and golden combination doshala, yellow topi, and Mundavalya. In a Marathi wedding, Mundavalya is a must!
The couple had looked so emotional that their energy, smiles, laughter, and love lit up the place a thousand times more than any light could have done.
Unlike any other wedding, they had planned their sangeet in the end after the wedding days. All the cousins, friends had lined up with their performances, but what had caught our attention was the bride and the groom's smiles. The bride had draped an aqua blue sequinned saree and had paired it with a matching sleeveless blouse, a sleek diamond choker, smokey eyes, nude lips, beachy curls.
While the groom had looked absolutely handsome in a tuxedo suit which he had paired with a grey tie instead of a bow to coordinate with his beautiful wife!
We wish this couple a lifetime of happiness and want these two to stay goofy and in love forever!
