Every girl has been dreaming of her wedding dress since she's five-year-old, and as she grows up, she decides the exact specifications that she wants for her outfit. Finding your dream wedding lehenga can be a really stressful task, especially when you've never tried one before. However, the brides-to-be leave no stones unturned to choose the best outfit for their D-Day and outshine the rest of the crowd.

The bride of the week, Sabby Gurm, who tied the knot with the love of her life, Gurkanwal, in a royal wedding setup, was no exception. She had flown all the way from New Jersey, USA to Chandigarh, India, to get married in her ancestral rural village in Punjab as per her grandfather's wish. Sabby and Gurkanwal had a big fat Indian wedding, and they had looked simply perfect together. For the Anand Karaj ceremony, Sabby had opted for some unparalleled hues, and she had looked no less than a sight to behold!

The bride donned a hand-embroidered lehenga with 'baraat' motifs

The NRI bride, Sabby Gurm had opted for a statement lehenga from the label, Plumtin, and had looked gorgeous. Sabby had chosen a mix of rust orange colour with a hint of grey, green and sky blue for her wedding outfit and had made heads turn on her big day. Her regal outfit had beautiful embroidery all over it, which had featured a whole baraat procession motifs adorned on it. Moreover, the unparalleled effervescence on her lehenga had added an oomph factor to her overall look.

Keeping her look fuss-free, Sabby had styled her look with a grey and orange-hued dupatta with zari work all over it. Moreover, the heavy dupatta had intricate embroidered patterns on its hemline. While one end of her dupatta was tucked on her shoulder, the other one was left hanging as a veil from her head. The gorgeousness had paired her look with an equally beautiful full-sleeved blouse, featuring intricate patterns with zari and threadwork all over it.

Sabby had accessorised her look with statement jewellery, including a choker, a neckpiece, a maang teeka, a paasa, a nath, and matching jhumkas. Her jewellery had featured red, white and green stones, which had perfectly matched her wedding outfit. Moreover, she had flaunted her chooda, multi-tiered kaleeras, and a set of bangles on her henna-clad hands. However, it was her brightest smile that had made her look the most beautiful on her wedding day.

Sabby's makeup artist, Samaira Sandhu, had finished her look with glittery eyes and nude lips. The then-bride had completed her bridal look with subtle makeup, which had included defined brows, kohl-rimmed eyes, thick lashes, blushed cheeks, and contoured cheekbones. She had tied her hair open in a mid-parted bun and had adorned it with red and pink roses.

Sabby's then-groom, Gurkanwal had also complemented the bride by opting for a grey-coloured couture on their D-Day. He had looked dapper in a bandhgala sherwani adorned with golden patterns and prints all over it. He had paired it with a matching doshala and a marron-coloured turban. He had styled his look with a marron and pearl motihaar and had added a feathred-brotch on his turban. The much-in-love couple had looked picture perfect, and their wedding pictures had looked just out of a fairytale!

The couple had tied the knot in their ancestral rural village of Bholapur in Punjab. Theirs was a big fat Indian wedding, and it was no less than a royal affair.
